This place discriminates, harasses, and just blunt coward rude. I’ve been there a couple of times and every time I do, I always get told something. At it’s that same little old dude name Demetry. I went in 10 minutes before closing time and he kicked me out telling me they had to close and I looked at my watch and told him there’s 10 minutes left and I already knew what I was getting. He told me No and didn’t have time to ring me up so I left. I came back a few weeks later for the same product I didn’t buy and I go to LA fitness so I had my duffle bag, as soon as I walk in (same old guy) told me to leave it at the front. No problem I left it at the front and I continued to look for my vitamin. He kept pacing back and forth behind me I was so uncomfortable and bothered. At this point I had enough and I left without buying my product. He laughed as I walked out. How sad, old, and ridiculous do you have to be to get to that point? He needs to retire because he obviously hates his job.

I stumbled into this health food store since it was right next to LA Fitness in search of a tea that will help my menstrual cramps. The owner (?) was very kind and knowledgeable about all the products. He provided some suggestions and wasn't pushy about buying anything. He even offered me two free single servings of magnesium to put in my tea as he said it helps a lot. Overall really kind customer service, great shop, and reasonable prices. Thank you!

I would come here almost 5 days a week after the gym until this little guy I presume he was the owner comes out and says I have to leave my backpack with all my belongings at the front insinuating I am going to be shoplifting. Mind you they have security all over this parking structure and cameras inside the store hard to get away with shoplifting some mediocre vitamins, and protein drinks. I told him this would be the last time I shop at your store and he really said whatever see if I care. Then muttered something after as I was walking out, I presume more insults he said to his staff after reading the other reviews, I highly suggest you don’t waste your money and time on someone who does not treat people fairly or kindly.

It’s is only out of the convenience from buying your needs that the Vallarta market next door does not provide, you go here, but other than that Whole Foods and traders joes has better prices for fresher products. Compare the prices online. And also their nuts wasn’t so fresh compared to Traders joes… I only go here out of convenience after the gym from LA fitness when I run out of necessities

I go here after working out, next door at LA fitness, out of convenience when I run out of necessities that day that Vallarta next door does not provide but otherwise I would not recommend. Not the freshest products and some are over priced. For supplements I would go to Wholefoods or even Erewon if you want the best of best. Freshest nuts and oats I'd go to Traders Joes. Even Ralph's "simple truth" organic brands are better priced and fresh. Or "wild harvest" brand that Vallarta carries. Whole food's "365" brand is one of the most freshest product in a budget friendly as well. VP health food brand line is not at its best but not the worst either. If you come in with your gym bag or big bag they will ask you to put it on the counter Floor. Their services is attentive and helpful.

I have been shoping at VP Discount for DECADES....They have the best prices, even better than Amazon. Especially when u need something immediately. The complainers here are a bunch of spoiled whiners! This place is NOT a 5 experience. We r NOT at the Waldorf Astoria.. Come get ur crap, stop whining, pop ur vitamins, herbs, etc.....and save all of us the pain of listening to ur bitching and complaing bcuz of an employee was rude. Dimitry is super knowledgeable!! VP is LUCKY to have him and he is LUCKY to have VP so he can help others as he LOVES to do that!!
