Waba Grill is my long time favorite, and I never get much of a chance to enjoy it. Now that I'm back home in North Hollywood, I'm able to enjoy this deliciousness! The staff is wonderful, warm and welcoming! The food is served Fresh, Hot, and made to order. This is like a 2nd home to me, I've even been able to work on some of my school projects while I dine in. I love my Waba Grill!

It looks these owners are too poor to prohibit to cashier give a simple cup for water she said they no give any cup gor water anymore these is so ridiculous all restaurants does not have any problems to give water to customers plus i order first than other customer she gave first her order than me, i felt discriminated for such service plus the flavor was awful they offer 2 bowls for 16 and they give you half of portion ridiculous if they have promotions the food must be served with same consistency it was such a disgusting experience.

This place take soo long to make orders I swear every time I order they pass the order ready time by 20 mins that’s not a little difference considering the fact that my lunch is only 30 mins honestly if you are in a rush and are trying to order online so you won’t wait to long save your time and order somewhere els ! Also the ppl that work here are rude I came in happy said hi to the guy cashier and let him know I ordered online and he instantly looked like he got annoyed

I am not required to tip, but I tipped before I paid.
I didn't expect the cashier to bring my food to the table. He called me when my food was ready, and I walked over to pick up my food and returned to my table.
I was not required to clean up after myself, but I did and took my tray to the front counter.
The cashier told me the tray didn't go there. And he pointed to another area of the restaurant.
What is the tip for then? Did everything except cook my food, but I paid for it. It wasn't free food.

my first time at this location I ordered a plate of mix meat online order I was on my lunch brake so I was in a rush I love hot sauce so I like extra packets of hot sauce but she was trying to charge me for 2 packets of hot sauce that is ridiculous she was fighting with me over hot sauce the person in front of me had a small bowl and got 10 and I was being charged for asking for 2 extra then she starts texting and turns her back on me she needs stop treating people like this I asked the cook she look lost didn’t know what to say so sad I was hungry had to miss lunch because Jesica did not want to give hot sauce she needs to be trained well she looked high
