good food and crazy reasonable price <3
I came to this waba yesterday around 3 and had a little disagreement with my order asked for help and the so call manager Stephanie was not helpful at all she was very rude and her attitude was disgusting I don’t understand how you guys have someone like this running this store as MANAGER SHAME ON THE OWNER ! I just wanted my chicken bowl switched uncooked meat and chicken to top it off barley had any rice, that was the least of the problem I was more shocked with the women on how she spoke to customers super saddened by this store !

Wonderfully fresh chicken and shrimp, and beef grilled and used in tacos, salads and rice.
Making your customers order at a confusing kiosk just lost you my business. After a busy day at work I dont want to figure out how the kiosk works. Can I just talk to an employee and have them take my order? It felt rude to be pointed a screen instead of having my order taken. Then I couldnt figure out how to order my usual order without sauce. I got annoyed and left.
I love Waba Grill. Their plant based option is delicious.

Worst meal I've ever had from there, tonight. The chicken wasn't even grilled. Had no char flavor and tasted boiled. Probably not returning again. Which is disappointing because I really liked it being close to my place. Step your game up guys.
