The Hospitality we received was amazing. We were a party of 15 and the manager Christian (I believe was his name) and staff took great care of us and made us feel welcomed. It was our first time here and every recommendation he made we loved; especially Fatima’s coffee. Definitely Will be back again.

Was a great gem and our favorite spot for breakfast. Kid friendly and they loved the waffles. They made amazing homemade lemonade, had homemade orange juice and a really good latte.

As a Texan, I would say the food during my visit was just okay—nothing particularly impressive. The ham was somewhat dry and tough, and the sausages tasted like standard store-bought brands you’d find at Walmart. That said, the customer service was friendly, and the restaurant itself had a cozy, clean atmosphere.
However, the pricing was excessive. I was shocked to pay nearly $90 for breakfast. I requested my child’s pancakes be served as a single portion, and an additional $5 charge was added just for that adjustment—which I found confusing and unreasonable.
Ultimately, I ended up going down the street to Good Neighbor Breakfast, where I experienced excellent service and paid about $20 less for a more enjoyable meal.
If you’re a tourist, I would suggest exploring other local options before dining here.

Visited here on the first morning of our holiday to LA and wanted the classic 'American breakfast' experience - safe to say we were impressed! Lovely food and quick and efficient service. A bit on the pricey side for breakfast but the food quality justified it. Would definitely recommend!

The food was dry. My omelet was spongey and i could tell wasn’t made with real eggs, almost completely dry if it weren’t for the ketchup. Nothing french about my cinnamon swirl french toast, it was flat, dense, hard, and if not for the syrup then dry. The hash browns were not seasoned at all and yes were dry which made them even harder to eat, ketchup helped a lot here. Overall waste of my time and money, I don’t understand why this place has such good ratings.

& Waffles delivered a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. We tried the Cajun chicken and waffles, and it was a standout dish—crispy, well-seasoned chicken paired perfectly with fluffy waffles and just the right amount of heat from the Cajun spices. The balance of sweet and savory made every bite satisfying.
We also ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito, which was equally impressive. It was generously filled and packed with flavor, with the chorizo adding a smoky, spicy kick that complemented the eggs and cheese beautifully. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were very satisfying.
What really set the experience apart, though, was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Everything arrived promptly and just as we ordered. Overall, & Waffles is a spot we’ll definitely be returning to for both the food and the excellent hospitality.

We came here before the crazy lunch crowd came. We did shared plates, bacon waffle, chicken wings and onion rings. It was all very good. They do fried chicken right here. This is one of 2 places I know that do bacon waffles. The battery on the onion rings is crispy and didn't get soggy.
