PHENOMENAL BREAKFAST. BEST CHICKEN FRIED STEAK!!!! BEST WAFFLES. Real potatoes! I have very high standards for food. It needs to be high quality ingredients and taste amazing. I don’t usually like breakfast food, but this was seriously the best breakfast I have ever eaten out. Service was also amazing! Even with it being super busy, they got us seated pretty quick and food didn’t take long. Oh and the chicken fried steak was pre-cut up!!! The gravy was soo good. I wish I lived in the area because I would go there regularly. Definitely one of those little hole in the wall local delights! Don’t think twice to try this place out. If you don’t want to wait I would just recommend not going during their peak times.

We discovered this hidden gem waiting for Warner Bros to open.the manager Christian could not be anymore friendly or on top of every detail such as making sure everything we needed from refilling the coffee to making sure the food was perfect plus exchangeing in friendly conversation he also was training a new employee named Jocelyn who in my opinion will do very well here under Christians guidance,she also had a very friendly and helpful personality if we ever are back in the area again this place will be tops on my places to eat. I only wish I could have gone back for another meal it was totally a great experience

This place is a hidden gem! Perfect spot to grab a bite before a long day at Universal Studios. The food is fresh, flavorful, and very reasonably priced. The staff greets you with a warm welcome the moment you walk in — everyone is kind and genuinely attentive. A special shoutout to Jocelyn! Even though it was her first day (and early in the morning), she was super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great recommendations for first-time visitors. Definitely worth a stop — we’ll be coming back!
