It's just a kitchen for pickup and to-go orders, not an actual restaurant, and they still can't even get your orders right. Make sure to double check your orders, bc the kids working here always forget your drinks or extras.

Wingstop didn't tell me this was a Door Dash ghost kitchen. They made my order badly because they are making orders for 5 different restaurants. They also didn't put the seasoning on the fries, forgot a sauce, didn't give any napkins or side seasoning, or any utensils. Wingstop customer service portals are unhelpful, so I'm just going to write this review here and on Yelp.
Not a Real Wingstop -I placed an online order thinking I was picking up from an actual Wingstop, only to arrive and realize this is a DoorDash hub servicing multiple restaurants. Parking? Nearly impossible. And if you do manage to find a spot, be prepared to dodge DoorDash drivers literally running into the street in front of cars.
After finally parking, I walked up only to be cut in line twice by two different drivers. The woman checking everyone’s apps saw it happen—two large men stepping right in front of me—and did absolutely nothing.
To top it off, I grabbed a fry as soon as I got back in my car… and it was cold. The entire experience was chaotic, unorganized, and frustrating. I won’t be ordering from Wingstop again if this is the setup. Avoid this location unless you enjoy parking nightmares, line-cutting, and cold food.
