Yogurtland North Hollywood

this place is great, yogurtland and all the toppings, small store but always a great place to go and visit for some frozen yogurt. about $10 a cup.

Cashier took 11.50 for an order that was less than 10.50, I asked for the dollar back and was hit with a massive eye roll and a condescending “I was in the middle of doing that” as he still held the dollar in his hand…. Put said dollar in the register, and then took out the same dollar to give me my change. Store is already lacking in flavor options and toppings so it’s disappointing to find they’re lacking in customer service too

3 x ordered from here and received wrong order this time they told me it comes with strawberries and I said it doesn’t in pic or in description they also forgot my side of almonds paid xtra for. They
( manager) didnt admit they gave me wrong order when I called.

Great flavors though I wish they would bring toasted coconut back. Everyone is so nice and I love the rewards program.

Very expensive for a little yogurt

My number one spot to come amazing flavors wish they have more non dairy flavors. I come here frequently. Highly recommend. Unlimited Toppings!!

what kind of cheap froyo/ice cream shop doesnt allow sampling? i walked in and walked out even though i had every intention of purchasing. to the franchisee, do better.

Since last week the yoghurt is very runny. Not frozen at all and the counters are not cleaned and they are not good in filling up if they are out for example of the chocolate sauces or other things. Even the restroom didn’t have any toilet paper anymore. I mean I don’t know but it’s a small store. Can’t be that difficult to make sure everything is clean and filled up for the costumers.
But yeah since days it has been just waist of money because the yogurt is just like liquid after couple minutes. I think they have problems with there cooling machine or something

They allow enter dogs what is very unhealthy because the hairs dogs are flying, I’m very disappointed

It would be good if they did not accept pets because what is sold is food because they come in with a dog and climb on the counter and that is unhygienic.
