I've been there three times and they always give me everything the wrong way around. I don't want rice, they give me rice, I want vegetables, they give me rice, I mean they should pay more attention to the orders, that's what customers pay for.

Yoshinoya, I give lots of complements for very good coupon almost every 2 weeks. All yoshinoa accepts coupons no questions asked, except expired coupon. I wish I could say the same thing the Subways Resturant.

Been coming here for a few years and everything was good and food was great. Seems they are under new management every other month now. New staff is horrible especially their new store manager Carlos he’s super disrespectful to customers and his own employees. He needs to be replaced right away.

Ive always had my lunch breaks here, have had friends gathering here, and had almost every Sunday family time here because of the good taste, right portions, and great customer service.
Ever since I’ve seen new faces and new management. Ive had very rude service, cashiers dont even try to smile they seem very miserable. Food tastes is different, its very oily, smells bad and not fully cooked. Two weeks ago i came for my lunch break in the afternoon and ordered a salmon bowl. The moment i start cutting it i was fully raw from the inside. Luckily there was manager that by the way handle the situation very professional and didnt make me feel like I was on the wrong, manager tall hispanic guy replaced my order made sure that my order was done properly.
I came to order yesterday and cashier was constantly asking to order fried chicken. I didnt order it but the cashier placed it on my order. Please check your receipts !! This cashier add the chicken without me ordering it. Worse part they placed the fried chicken order and the chicken was raw.
I dont recommend this location no more staff very unprofessional and just for your own safety i dont recommend here.

It was a very weird experience on the counter the price for a salmon dish was $16 and in the app what's $20 so big difference for two dishes

Went there a couple hours agoIt was the worst experience I had . Ordered 4 combos , beef and chicken the vegetables on 3 combos were really old. I spoke to the person who had taken my order and explained to him that the vegetables were too old and his response was that thy were over cooked but didn’t apologize or try to fix the problem I believe he was in charge of the store. One person cooking one cashier another employee on break. They were out of ginger . Floors and tables were dirty. The cashier went to help the cook but did not wear gloves when cutting the chicken after handling cash and touching other surfaces. I won’t patronize Yoshinoya anymore.
