Don't order online it says open but it's closed when you get here.

Ever since I first had the Tokyo fried chicken, I been coming here at least once a week. Ordering thru the app for pickup is very convenient. I usually get the combo with beef/fried chicken with veggies. Food is always hot and fresh. Missed eating here when I was out midwest.

The manager was a great in welcoming his guests . I came in for a flan and noticed the restaurant was well kept . Quickly acknowledged my presence as he was helping out a guest . Took a simple laugh we shared to write this post ! Great leader in place !

I warn everyone that the Yoshinoya is not suitable for ordering online!!... because you order and it turns out that when you go to pick it up they have it closed for an hour because they are on break, which they have the right to do, what they don't have the right to do is that they don't They notify online and you feel like a fool wanting to pick up the food, and they don't even at least say what time they closed and what hours they are going to open and the worst thing is that they don't give refunds at the moment, they have to call costumer services to do the process, honestly, no. it serves no purpose.

The worst service they haveI have been coming to this establishment for many years but for a year now there is a guy who, no matter how much I want to avoid him so that he can take care of me, I just can't do this. He's so young. He doesn't know how to speak English very well, he has a terrible attitude, his name is Michael and it takes me a while to order with him and he always makes my order wrong and makes bad faces because he does it the way he understands it badly and besides, there are more people and they only see that he is doing things wrong. things and. They do not do anything

This place, it's managers, franchise owner, and employees are trash. Wish a negative star rating was allowed. Don't waste your time or money coming to this dump. The quality of the food is the worst taste old and are always running out of items , when they just don't want to make them. The biggest issue was, trying to avoid waiting in the store so I ordered on the App and got there when the app said the order was marked completed by the incompetent staff. To my surprise I get there and the store was closed with a vague typed up sign on the door saying the store was closed 1 hr due to staff. Thats fine I get it no one wants to work for $11/hr, but why take orders during this closure ? Also there was no time frame on the sign as to when the shut down or when they'll open. I called the store to try to cancel my order for a refund, and the coward that answered, laughingly said they would open in one hour, I asked how to cancel and I was hung up on then all following calls went to a busy signal. I waited for 30minutes since the app doesn't allow to cancel or get refunds, the 2 useless employees there acted as if I and all the customers that drove off didn't matter. Like I said, just trash all around avoid if possible. Hope it shuts down.

We arrived at Yoshinoya and we're excited to get the Tokyo Fried Chicken. Upon arrival the cashier said that they didn't have any fried foods available. Disappointed that they didn't have the one item they were advertising. We had gotten there before 10:00 p.m. and they still had 2 hours left of being open so it's confusing why they didn't have the Tokyo fried chicken. Food was still good, but I didn't get what I came for.

I'm shocked at the low ratings this location has. I've been coming here for almost a year and every time I come in- everyone is helpful and attentive. Staff always greets and smiles. The food is excellent..probably one of the best Yoshinoya locations in SoCal! They put plenty of beef juice and sauce on everything to make for a great fast food meal.

This dish was for someone else. The veggies were not fresh, as you can see welted. The chicken was weird, fatty. The batter was ok. I won't be ordering this again. A $ loss. The Beef bowl was good as expected.

1 1/2 minute read: When YOSHINOYA first appeared on the scene, it was a hit. Years later, Customers can become complacent and dulled, but I'll tell you, YOSHINOYA tasted great when we first had it and up to now, I still love it. All the YOSHINOYA restaurants stick with the corporate recipe for the Beef, Chicken and other items. They are very consistent. Their menu offerings come and go but the Beef & Chicken are staples. I do miss their fried Tilapia Bowl. They also offer Fountain drinks, Thai Tea with Boba and shakes. Stop by any YOSHINOYA and treat yourself.
