This place sucks, they always close like an 30-45 minutes early, if I was the owner I would fire my staff. Also, I used to live a block away from the best Alberto's (Monte on Peck) that place is always busy, good service, get your food quick, and open 24hrs! Now that's a real Alberto's!

The meat in my two burritos was luke warm. Some of my meat was not cooked throughly as I could see red raw half cook pieces. The restaurant was not too busy and looked nice to dine in.

If fast food places are going to be increasing their prices as much as sit down restaurants they really should be a little more accommodating. Their bean and cheese burritos are almost $7 and are a decently large size. I come every Thursday to get one and split them with my two kids before practice. I also get a meal for myself. I asked today if they would be willing to split one burrito into two smaller burritos and I'll pay the extra fee for the extra tortilla, service etc... I mean your slapping beans and cheese in a tortilla but they said they couldn't do it. They said my options were to buy an extra burrito and they will just make them smaller. So I pay more and get less They're ratings arnt so good so they may want to consider becoming a little more accommodating and customers would return. I definitely won't be coming back.

Today the food is very different from what it was when I wrote a very good review 6 months ago, but it is no longer recommended, I think they don't have much time with a new owner or something happened, I went a few days ago during Lent and they also didn't have any fish of other accessories, they changed the food, utensils, some portions are less and they raised the prices by a lot and also if you order any number of dishes they charge you an extra dollar for the flour tortilla that they offer you but they don't tell you that it costs a dollar But, in the quality of the food you decide.They had very good quality and service, even the staff seemed happy doing their job, today I no longer recommend it.

I asked for a bean a cheese burrito with a little tiny bit of carne asada and a coke. They forgot my coke and the burrito was just a mouthful of meat way too much meat yuck!! I even asked the girl if it had just a little meat cuz I don’t like that much meat. She's said yes because that’s how I ordered it. But the receipt said carne asada burrito and I was charged for carne asada burrito!’ Too expensive l.

The food was disgusting, ordered cheese enchiladas and taquitos. Everything was cold, the enchiladas were not cooked, cheese was not melted and the beans and rice were dried out. The taquitos were the most disgusting, avocado sauce (guacamole) was brown, the taquitos were chewy and cold. It was all gross! Don't go, it's not fresh cooked food, and it made me sick. Minus -5 stars

I have tried so many times ordering so many things, but the food is so under flavored! Do not expect much more than beans, meat, or cheese on anything. Whether it is a carne asada burrito, quesadilla, tacos, you name it. No flavor, no lettuce, sour cream or tomato, and only available hot sauces, are ones that can burn through steel.

Food used to better at this location but there is not much else around that area. I like there beef tacos but the sausage breakfast burrito has polish kielbasa in it..??? It was so weird. I don't realize they did fusion. The people working at the window are less than friendly.. I hope management sees this reviews and makes a few changes

Food and Service were terrible. I have been coming here for almost ten years and have always loved the food.After my recent drive thru experience, this will be my last visit.Ordered burritos for the family, the ingredients were not fresh and all the burritos were cold (Hope we don't get sick).In addition, I asked the employee for an extra salsa and he gave me a look like I insulted his entire family. That was our experience, hope this will be resolved in the future and good luck to the owner.

I rating this a bad experience because I ordered a cheese enchilada combo and the cheese was completely not melted. I took it up to the cashier and asked if they had a microwave. I told her the enchiladas were completely cold and not melted. She proceeded to tell me that they do have a microwave but do not melt the enchiladas. I said why do you even sell them if you are unwilling to cook them? She said that's the easiest the sell them. Regardless, if that is true or not, how hard is it to just simply put them in the microwave for 30 seconds upon my request? I was on the road with no access to a microwave and recently had oral surgery. I was unable to eat them because they were too hard. I will ne er go back to any Albertos again because of this. If you are unwilling to cook food properly, then you shouldn't sell it

Unfortunately, I am unable to give a review about the food today. I showed up this morning about five minutes before their 6 AM opening time, waited patiently at the drive-through speaker only to have a young lady acknowledge my presence at 6 AM to tell me they had just opened and wouldn't be serving food for at least another 20 minutes.
