The absolute worst service everytime I go in. This morning December 1st at 1143 was no different. Stood there for more then 5 minutes while the worker slammed in food to be served and talked on the phone. I just walked out. I will not support poor customer service.

My experience wasn't great they were keep saying that the bread would be ready an 40 minutes and a hour past and still was telling people that it wasn't ready. And coughing on people food! It's disgusting bad service would not come here again! Served by:00623 and their lady with horrible attitudes.

Did a pick up order on 10/26/2023 at 5:20pm. And my order looked like it was made by a three year old. And not sure how that can be. When the order receipt literally tells you what to put on the sandwich. And how much of each product. First and last time I will go to this Subway. Save yourself the hassle and go to another Subway.

I used to love this Subway but the quality has steadily declined the past few years. I have placed several online orders and I have yet to receive a correct order. Today I ordered a great garlic sub, which is supposed to be made with rotisserie chicken and garlic aioli, and instead received something resembling buffalo chicken. It has chunks of chicken, not the shredded up rotisserie, and maybe buffalo sauce, I’m not sure. The sandwich is also a disaster (see photo). I have done several of the Subway surveys but management never seems to act on the customers’ concerns. From now on, I will drive further to get my food from a restaurant with competent employees and management who cares about their customers.

Came in to get some food as soon as we walked in the person working had an attitude tried using the bathroom and she denied it when we ordered as she was making our food she was rushing us and even burned our bread once it came to the toppings she was like do u want everything because I cant be waiting i have to close but keep in mind we were in line way before they were closing just that she had a line and was moving at a slow pace wont be coming back
