We had a peaceful breakfast of delicious (tasted real) omelette, eggs, bacon, really good potatoes, pancakes and a biscuit (that was the only thing that could have been fresher),very competent and friendly server. Simple classic diner, very enjoyable, we will go back.

First time having chilaquiles. Great little local brunch spot. The chef made a little baby-sized pancake plate for our little one and they checked in very often!
Hamburger and fries were pretty good, but a little pricey. I do want them to succeed tbough.

pros: good service and lovely inside vibe with cute new decor.cons: basically the food was abysmal. i ordered biscuits and gravy. the biscuits were like small rocks with barely any gravy so they were reallllly dry. i had to saw through them and had a hard time chewing it. my dad is vegan, they didnt have many options so he ordered onion rings and hashbrowns. Half of onion rings were burnt and the potatoes just a big undercooked slab. be careful what you order i guess...thats pretty much it!

Love this local diner on 33 in Oak View. Plenty of parking, good coffee (regular and decaf), generous and tasty food and friendly staff. Check out the specials too. A great way to start the day. Sep 2023 update: still fast and good food. Keep it up!
Had the chilaquiles and it was delicious! I liked how the sauce was thick! Everything tasted fresh! Very clean in there and our server was very nice!

I ordered the buttermilk pancakes, they were the best pancakes I’ve ever had, if you’re in California, close to Oxnard don’t forget to pass to this place. Service is great, and the place is really nice and clean!

Parking: Parking lot entrances on Ventura Ave (east side) and the street behind.
Kid-friendliness: There were kids there when we ate.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level restaurant; ADA compliant bathrooms. Seems like wide enough space at front of several booths for a wheelchair. I don't think there are tables.
