Delicious tri-tip sandwich, burgers, delicious sausage variety as well. My favorite is the artichoke sun-dried tomato if you like it spicy they have a jalapeno cheddar ; give it a try.
This place is underrated. I absolutely love this spot. The tri tip was essentially stellar along with the sausages and other stuff I tried. Worth driving from Oxnard or further away.

Their tri-tip taquitos are amazing with their avocado sauce.
It's a grab and go place, but I hear they are opening a restaurant soon.
If you are looking for great barbecue, this is the place.
