We stopped off here on the way back to San Francisco after visiting Yosemite on a bus tour. It wasn’t very busy but we were kept waiting over 20 minutes for our order. After explaining that we had to be back on the bus in a few minutes time & questioning why it was taking so long to fulfil our order, when it seemed that drive thru were getting their orders ok, the person I assume was in charge, took my order receipt & hurriedly rammed the items in a bag. When I got back to the bus, I had two lots of mashed potato with the chicken tenders, instead of the fries ordered & a single cheeseburger instead of the double cheeseburger ordered. Not a great experience all in all.

Usually come here for floats after school with the kids. My son doesn’t like root beer and we sub for a Sierra Mist float. Today we were told that the sub can’t be done and I was wrong to ever get one there. I said you can’t just put a different soda in? They said they weren’t allowed to. Seemed strange that before it was possible but not anymore. Also just like others say, you order drive through but have to wait out front to get your food.

It's not that often that you come across an A&W restaurant anymore, so you could imagine our excitement! But.... A&W is all about the Coney Dog. They were out of the chilli and out of the cheese... They offered me a hot dog instead. The fries were soggy and they forgot my wife's fries. We were very disappointed in this visit.

The past year this location has struggled to find good help. You can't tell who runs the crew behind the counter, just a bunch of kids trying to struggle through. It's called a drive thru, but they always make people park up front to wait for their orders and this still can take upwards of 25 minutes to get your food brought out.

Forgot my drink and totally over cheese the hot dog so there was no way I could actually pick it up and eat it and it spilled out of the box into the bag so chili and cheese was everywhere. Also only accepted card no cash.

Order my food through curbside pick-up and took so long to get to me. They brought the food to my car without my drink. I called and told them we were parked out front eating and they said they would not bring out my drink and that I would have to go through the drive thru.
