We dined in, and apparently that was the incorrect choice. We waited five minutes to be served. Then the cashier (Guadalupe) and All of her attitude strained to assist us. After another 7 minute wait our food was finally ready. The burger was okay, but not the quality was lacking. The fries were hot, and the best part of the meal. The young woman working the drive thru was polite. We do not have CJ brand in my state. So only when I come home do I get to experience them. This may have been the last time. The food had no chance of overcoming the very rude attitude from the cashier. Plus fighting the numerous flies that came in through the open back door - complete failure!

Lousy svc for the money. Lady was unpersonable, unfriendly and couldn't even smile. For someone making $20 an hour, flipping burgers and charging $17 for a medium meal, the least she could do was be friendly. As a visually impaired senior, I expect better. Never going back to Carls jr. In Oakdale, ca. Or any other location.

The frontline staff and manager on duty were fantastic help today. I placed an order in the app and the discounts were not applied. This was absolutely no problem for these two with a kind smile they made sure I got my order at the price I had anticipated nearly $6 less than the original charges. Most excellent!!!

BEST FAST FOOD JOINT THERE IS! I LOVE THIS PLACE. Employees always so nice I never want to leave. Soda machine never empty like at other places. Western bacon cheeseburger, my favorite. Some lovations forget onion ring on burger. But I always order onion rings, so I can cope.
