A couple of years ago, I found out I was lactose intolerant, which sucks because I love literally all dairy. But they have this silk chocolate almondmilk ice cream, which I think tastes better than regular chocolate!! great service, awesome staff, and good vibes!!!!

Horrible customer service and product!!! I used to go here every week until I once ordered peanut butter perfection triple pint and it was nothing but chocolate ice cream. There were no toppings and the ice cream tasted stale. I kept digging, thinking maybe it just wasn’t well mixed, but no, nothing! I called them. They said sorry, we give you another one even though I told them I already ate it and that’s how I knew it was no fudge peanut butter or peanut butter cup in it. When I went back to get the one they said they were remaking for me, they refused to give it! LOSERS, IT TAKES YEARS TO FIND ONE GOOD CUSTOMER BUT IT TAKE SECONDS TO LOSE THOUSANDS AND I MAKE SURE DO MY PART TO LET OAKDALE KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS!

I was the last customer tonight and the guy that helped us was very friendly, the girl made it apparent that she wasn’t happy we walked in. Shouts to that guy for delivering exceptional customer service at all hours of operation.

Always good place to take my toddlers,staff is friendly,and its mostly clean when ever we come in,sometimes tables will be dirty.but I think its not a big deal.

At this location they always greet you as you walk in. The lobby is clean and service is quick. The employees are always moving. Great dessert stop.
