Our server Liz was absolutely amazing. She was super caring and attentive. Her attitude was great and made us feel at home. There was this other table there who were just really grumpy people. She did everything she could to make their experience as amazing as ours but they wouldn’t budge, they just wanted something to complain about her. I will absolutely go back just because of Liz.

I heard great reviews about this Dennys and we had to try it but i was sorely dissapointed. First off, our server had a dead personality and made us feel like he hated us. Then the food was horrible. Over fried chicken strips, re heated kids mac n cheese, brown spots all over the broccoli, water flavored eggs. The best part was the drinks which was sprite. The menu says kids eat free 4pm-10pm on the actual kids menu and then when we went to pay and they told us that this location doesnt honor it. Shouldnt be on the menu if it doesnt apply. Will never be back even if they offered us a free meal. Left with sour stomachs and a bad tastes in our mouths. $65 for gross food and bad attitude

Oakdale dennys never dissapoints! i live in riverbank and drive through many breakfast places just to get here because of how good they are and fast! every server ive goten have always been friendly to me and my family. the manager does a good job making sure the servers are doing there job by making sure us customers are happy! great job dennys oakdale

I had such a great experience here! Came for breakfast with my family and the food was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous and price was reasonable. Our server Zuli was kind and checked on us often without being pushy. Restaurant was clean, cozy and had Christmas decorations which my kids loved. I highly recommended it if you’re looking for a good place to eat with friends and family.

The staff is fantastic. I go in at least once a week and I am always greeted with a smile and my soda. I tend to order the value hamburger. It is the best cheeseburger in town both in taste and cost. For $15.47 I get a burger, fries and soft drink. Cheaper than fast food but with a dine in experience. The waitresses are attentive and smile, asking if I want my “usual.” Always remembering to add cheese and skip the tomato. The decor is inviting and feels like a small town diner, not a chain restaurant. I highly recommend Oakdale’s Denny’s. (Plus, they offer a 15% AARP on the entire tab when ordering off the standard menu, making taking the grandkids out an inexpensive treat!)

I had a really great experience at Denny’s. I ordered the French toast, and it was delicious. My server was so kind and even asked if I wanted fresh strawberries on top, which made it taste even better. I also appreciated how attentive the manager was — not just to my table, but to everyone around us. You could really feel that they cared about the guests. Great service, great food, and a genuinely positive atmosphere.
