Well, at 7:30 took my grandson after his baseball game he went into order. He’s a high school student stood there at the counter three gentlemen, laughing joking around talking to each other never once came and asked him to take his order. He stood there. I was in the car watching. He’s super tall not like he couldn’t be seen. They totally ignored him. Finally he came outside and said they wouldn’t take his order. They never came to the counter and watched the whole time left and came to Little Caesars. I do not recommend Oakdale Domino’s at all. That is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life..

Placed online order for my son at 9:40 pm for carry out. Picked up at 10 pm to find out my order was never made because “employee got locked out of building” so unprofessional first and last time coming here.

Dominoes used to be on it all the time. Second time in two weeks my pizza has been in “quality check” for 20 minutes. Should have been delivered and still waiting.

For the last year or so I've been having a terrible experience with this Domino's orders coming out incorrectly things taking way too long Pizza not even coming out fully cooked, the quality has been slipping and the employees don't seem to care or simply aren't trained well enough. I think a drastic change needs to be done in management.

World class failure. This is their third chance in a year and I'm done. I made an order to pick up at 5:30. I made this order a few hours before so it would be ready by 5:30. The party started at 5:00 the pizza was to be delivered at the party between 530 and 540. It wasn't. They didn't even start making the pizza until I arrived and said I was there. Then I had to wait for them to prepare it and cook it and get it ready to go. I didn't even get my order until 5:50 therefore it wasn't delivered until 6:00. But the worst part wasn't just that it was late it was the attitude the people had inside. When I asked why it wasn't ready at 5:30 since I ordered it to be ready at 5:30 hours before, they said "oh well sometimes that happens. Do you want us to cancel it for you and give you a refund"? Seriously that was the stupidest thing they could have said to me. Anyway Domino's has just made a lot of mistakes not just for me but for a lot of us over the last year especially this one in Oakdale. So I will be moving to another pizza place even though I love Domino's Pizza I can't stand bad service.

This place used to be much better! There used to be at least 4 employees working at a time, but today, I went to get my pizza because my app said it was ready. I walked in, and there was only one employee working. She was on the phone taking an order, which took forever! It legitimately isn't her fault, I felt bad for her. I watched my pizza sit on the table for 10 minutes, getting cold while she helped everyone else. She finally cut the pizza when I got home, the entire pizza fell apart because it wasn't really cut correctly. The pizza was decent, but not worth the money. Lesson learned!

This is a time where the saying “what you see is what you get” totally applies! So called manager has no understanding of customer service. This place is clearly ran by incompetent high school graduates at best. I knew I should’ve just ordered Round Table as usual.

Winter

To be fair couple of weeks ago I had delivery but it took over an hour to arrive despite my house being very close by the store. Although despite these problems they can compensate you for the wait which is at least something worth… I love the option to be able to pay with cash instead of usual companies making you pay with credit card, which make sense but since I don’t own a credit card or debit card this is a good solution.

I ordered through the call center and my order was almost $60. The lady said I couldn't use cash if it was over $50, so she made me take food off my order to get it below $50. It's getting bad when you can't use cash for food.I couldn't believe that lady was working in Customer Service! Wow 😳
