Ran by a bunch of children that would rather talk their friends in the car in the drive thru then service customer. Sat for 5 minutes while one of the workers leans out the window talking (handing the drink as soon as she made contact) then continued to talk. I should also mention it was just the car in front of me and one car behind me. Truly poor and terrible service.

Over Memorial Day weekend we went to Dutch Bros. There were 4 cars in front of us and they appeared busy. We were approached in our car before we got to the window. Angie introduced herself with a huge smile and took our order. She explained what was in the drink. Angie was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We would choose Dutch Bros. Over Starbucks any day!! Thank you Angie!!!!

It's always a fun time to get a drink from dutch bros, the worker's attitudes are often quite casual and conversational, and I tend to leave in a fairly pleasant mood. I'm also often satisfied with what I get from them; at the very least, I can be sure I will get what I order. My go-to is an iced dream weaver, which is a very sweet coffee drink. Always hits right. If I'm gonna go get a quick coffee, I'm probably going to dutch bros.
