Absolute terrible customer service. I placed an online order at 11:20AM which gave me a pick up time of 11:45AM. I arrived at 11:30 and waited in my car until my time. The employee arrived right after me, despite having a posted open time of 11. At 11:45 I walked up to the window and stood there for 5 minutes until the man looked out at me and literally said "What?" so I told him I was there for my online order. He had no clue he even had an online order, then told me he "just got here" and it's not ready and to wait. I asked how long, he said maybe 20 min. I told him I couldn't wait that long and please cancel/refund. He said he doesn't know how to do that and since I ordered online "it wasn't his problem".
So, I've never tried the food and never will. Ive never experienced such bad customer service and rudeness and if he wasn't the owner, I hope the owner knows this employee is going to run his business into the ground. If he was the owner, that's very sad.

I tried El Hot Dog food truck today. I didn't get a hot dog but was very surprised by how good the Philly Cheesesteak was! I ordered steak for my sandwich, and they also offered chicken. I got a sandwich and fries for $13 and some change. The sandwich was much larger than I expected and packed with meat, onions, peppers, and cheese. Somewhere around the middle, I believe there was a cream cheese stuffed jalapeño and it threw a curveball of flavor at my taste buds! Also, I was given a few sides of their chipotle sauce, which I dipped my fries and sandwich into, the smokiness of the sauce mixed well with all the other flavors. The fries were nice and crispy with a breaded texture. I will definitely be back to try the dogs!

Perfect stop on our way back from a long hike. Food was amazing but the service was even better. Jose was extremely professional and went above and beyond. While enjoying our meal he came by to see if we need anything. He also made several runs to grab us jalapenos, ketchup, napkins, etc. We had a wonderful experience. Would come back.

As a long time hot dog lover, I recently discovered this awesome roadside food truck called "El Hot Dog Street Dogs" In Oakdale Ca. They offer up a unique blend of different signature hot dogs, burgers and chicken sandwiches. The Items on the menu that I have personally tried and would order again were....."The El Hot Dog,"**** The Chili dog"**** The Flaming Dog"**** Spicy Chicken Sandwich*** Phillycheese Steak**** The Mushroom Swiss Burger. I highly recommend the food, and atmosphere. Everything on the menu is served up with the highest quality ingredients. Excellent service, clean dining area. You will love the food.
