The food here is delicious but the service CONTINUESLY SUCKS! I called and was told our party of 6 could come in at 5:30 so we did. It was packed and we waited 30 minutes only for them to seat a party of 2 that arrived well after us at a 6 person table. Very frustrating, and this is NOT the only time this has happened to us. We won't be back for a while if ever.
So i dont usually do this and normally we love this place. We had family in town and brought them to House of Beef for lunch on the 23rd of April 2025. We ordered our lunch, ate and decided to take four apple dumplings home with us. We got home that night decided to have the dumplings and heated them up. I served them with ice cream. I ordered a full rack of beef ribs which set me back about $40. And there was absolutely no meat on these things. Everything else at the table looks good but I will never order the beef ribs again. Eat lucky if I ever come back there
