So. Idk what the heck happened to fast food....? It used to be convenient and a cheap on-the-go alternative

Took almost half an hour, food was not good, asked for extra sauce and they drenched my sandwhich, fries were stale, tortilla was stale on my wrap, no sauce, no napkins, cost $18.50. Next time i get a sense the workers are resentful about having to do their job im leaving.

I always like jack in the box but chicken was juicy fries weren't soggy and the guy in the drive thru was super thoughtful and polite for a fast food worker nowadays. I was picking up an order with multiple different sauces and he obliged my request for extra and even offered me an ice water.

Kid-friendliness: Taken my kids plenty of times and been a good experience everytime. Can't remember if there is a lock on bathroom door but I think there is.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available at entrance and tables that are wheelchair accessible.

Came thru the drive thru and they said they’re only accepting mobile orders. This hasn’t been the first time this has happened. They are being lazy and don’t wanna take orders. Yall need employees who actually want to work.

Windshadow's Review1. Let me say, if I request for the bread to be Grilled on my Sourdough Jack like they used to, 2 out of 3 times the drive-thru person takes my order & I get a great Sourdough Jack....the other times, the window agent gives me a hassle before turning in my order.( they insist its grilled no it is put in the toaster oven dry. Not buttered & done on the grill.) The new dry toasted version is plain & tastes terrible!!On to the time I ordered mini- tacos for my grandson... Many timesThe drive-thru wait can be a long, up to 12 minutes till orders done. 2 of 3 times they don't give napkins, or utensils for items you can't eat with your fingers, or put sauce on my 2 for $1+ tacos order( always I order no sauce), A few weeks ago, I ordered "Loaded Tiny ?Tacos", ( via the app), at night / diningroom closed, and still waited thru 7 cars & was in line a good 14 to 15 minutes. We got home & upon opening the Loaded Tiny ?Tacos, I was shocked the tacos only took up 2 inches in the bottom of the tall box! They looked like a flattened mess. I drove back to the drive-thru and waited another 10 minutes to get to the window only to have the woman at the drive-thru tell me... That's what "Loaded Tiny? Tacos" looks like. The sauce makes them soft, and they sink to the bottom ( I don't know about you, but my regular " Tiny Tacos" fill up the box. There was seriously little tacos, sauced or not, in the bottom 3rd of my box. I showed & politely asked the window person to them when an older lady ( 40+) stepped up & and said, I'm the manager," then proceeded to tell me off like a kid..." You need to pick up your food when it says it's ready, you wait an hour & that's what you get...get here sooner next time!"( I waited 14min.thru a long line of cars, my fault¿¿??Look at the picture & you tell me if this is...1. ?What the "loaded tiny tacos " picture on the menu looks like... reguardless...With the inside closed, they should wait until you get to the speaker when they are super busy w cars around the building to make food that will not be presentable if it sits long.. it's only good common sense! & still you don't get nasty with a customer who's being polite &When you have to worry about the store serving fresh food cooked & stored in a sanitary environment, and not get home with a critter that could cost you$$ in the future & become a permanent resident you can not get rid of? Yes, my TRUST is gone..1. My 1st order2. Re-made order3. Jack-in-box menu photo

First off I never leave reviews so it takes a lot for me to complain. Worst Jack In the box in the 209. I’ve had several bad experiences here but none I felt were worth a review but this time the rudeness of the staff made me feel like it was necessary. I got a chicken fajita pita and when I got it, it was literally half of a pita and the ingredients shoved in a bag not assembled at all. I immediately went inside to politely show them in hopes that they would remake it. The they/them or whatever it was I spoke to looked at it, rolled their eyes and said “you ate half of it” Again, I was being completely polite as I can’t stand when people are rude to customer service workers. I let the person know that I didn’t eat any of it and that’s the entire reason I’m coming in. The employee again rolls their eyes and sighs very loudly and said “whatever dude I’ll remake it” at that point I was frustrated and didn’t trust that this person wouldn’t do something nasty to my food so I just left and took the loss. Point is they gave me a bunch of ingredients shoved in a bag and half of what it’s supposed to have. Mistakes happen but the rudeness was my issue. $13 isn’t the end of the world but it’s the principle that counts. I get that they probably get 20 people a day trying to get free food by complaining but it was very obvious that wasn’t my intention. Don’t go here they do a horrible job
