Absolutely, for the price thats paid. I should expect the fountain drink to the way it should instead of it tasting like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. How about running out of condiments because it hasn't been ordered properly? Or the fact that my meal was 15 dollars and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours. The inside isnt clean. The bathrooms are atrocious and the staff do not care.

I ordered on the app, paid for it on the app, and picked it up 3 minutes later at the drive-thru! It was ready and delicious! Easy as pie!

​The last time I was here to enjoy a burger was more than 20 years ago. After coming for lunch today, I must say the sourdoughs are still one of the best burgers in town. I'll definitely be coming back, that's for sure!

Around 8pm tonight, I ordered 3pc chicken strips combo with 7pc jalapeno poppers and only received 2 chicken strips and 6 jalapeno poppers. The food was at least fresh, but I'm very disappointed that I spent almost 17 dollars to be shorted.. This is borderline scamming behavior, assuming they're doing this knowingly. Tried calling the store 3 times and to no one's surprise, nobody answered and their voicemail box is full so you can't even leave a message.

I grew up at this particular Jack and have many fond memories and I love my town plus the people in it. It's a great town to raise children in.
Unfortunately staff was a little off tonight I'm assuming tired because it was getting late. The oil was burnt and customer service was mumbling to where everything sounded like one long word. Then some how forgot half my order. Like I said End of the day and most likely tired but still we're all tired and have to stay professional with clean food with a relaxing meal.

You guys need to get your stuff together ever heard of the word COMMUNICATE? 2 times I come here and order the starlight coke first time the lady tells me they can't sell it in with a meal that it has to be sold separately? Okay so then the second time I come this time the lady's saying that they can't sell it unless you buy the starlight meal which I saw no advertisement of. I procede to ask her what comes in the meal and she then tells me that she doesn't know and that she doesn't think they got it yet??? Every other jack in the box I go too I have no issue with this... What's the deal??

Its gross food they make it sloppy i got my food and there was no bun or cheese, and there food is greasy. Tried it again after a few years and the night crew is horrible. They constantly forget things in my order. I’m tired of going in after getting my food because they either mess it up or forget a lot of stuff.
