Maddox Resources, *** has shown they prioritize their profits over their employees health and employees safety and the law. I have complained about unsafe work environments, I have been punished for actions I can prove are false, I have reported health hazards of the company they have not fixed a single issue and they continue to violate their own guidelines they create.************************* is one of the Human Resources representatives - I have tried to contact my Human Resources representative over 20 times now (email and phone) to schedule a voice meeting and they leave me on read. The employees they favor will never, ever be punished and they get special treatment. The employees that speak out against ******* or ******** will receive punishments like removing you from schedules or they will try to force you to resign without cause.I want to feel safe and secure in my workplace but this company does not provide care to employees - They laugh at people with speech impediments (like ******* Call), they don't give you a heads up for deadlines, they have insulted me for doing what they request on the handbook.This is the worst company to work at if you respect humans but if you like to sit around and make money doing nothing it's a great location.
