They really don't act like they want your service it's as if you were bothering them and they have to come to the counter to help you no smile no thank you just business. Highly recommend going through the drive-thru they're much friendlier

I placed a mobile order for 2 5 dollar meals and 1 six dollar… Not only were all three small fries flash dipped back in the oil but my hot and spicy chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain with only pickles but it had mayo and lettuce on it. They forgot the sauce for the fries and chicken nuggets. I went back in and got the sauce no big deal but once I got home to eat I found all the little suprizes that weren’t supposed to be there. The point of a mobile order is to be be quick and correct. Not for me to have to fix there mistakes.

11/10/2024 The last few months my grandkids have been complaining about their chicken nuggets, saying they don't taste right, they are rubbery. Last night I dropped off the food from McDonalds & went shopping. When I returned the kids had thrown most of their nuggets in the trash. They told me they were not cooked and cold. It was too late to return them. Then an hour later my 3 yr old grandchild was sick. I stayed up for hours with her until she stopped throwing up & diarrhea! I was so angry I called the store and asked for the manager, I was told they were too busy and what I wanted, I started to tell the girl and she cut me off saying they never undercooked or send cold rubbery nuggets, (with attitude!¿) again askedcfor the manager,she " humphed" set the phone down, I waited 14minutes hearing noise in the background, it sounded like they picked up the phone I said hello, hello, and the phone hung up. I called back 5 times & they never picked up, now it was 1:30am. Iwas I was out $19.00, my grand children got sick from the food. I took her to Urgent care the next day, they said the food he ate wasn't handled /or cooked properly and that I was lucky the other 3 didn't get sick.along with reccomending I not feed him food from this location again. I will never return to the Oakdale store

Whenever we order DoorDash from this McDonalds they miss items in the order. The receipt on the bag is correct, but they clearly didn't check for all items. It is very frustrating and upsetting, especially for the family member whose item ends up being left out.

We did mobile service. For all 3 of us it was about 40 last of what we had in our account after a long day of shopping. It was around 7:57 pm when ordered took money out of our account and about 6000 points off my wife’s mobile we get their at about 8:02 lights off and closed due to water issue I believe we knocked on the window they said we are closed we stated we already paid the guy said it don’t pick it up it will credit it back. The lady said just cancel it on the app. Both were not true. 4 days later finally after 4 trips to discuss issue a refund was given . So that night we stayed hungry and cost us more to eventually get our money back. Plus she never got her 6000 points back!
