Peet’s Coffee and Tea (Raley’s)

asked for less ice in my matcha and the cup was full of ice, barely any of the drink :(

I got close to $3 discount on my Peets Cold Brew with Oat Milk after scanning the Peets app. Great price and service. Located in a lovely grocery store.

Very poor version of a Flat White. Tasted like water to be honest. I also asked for it to not be too hot please, and it was McDonal’s Apple Pie-level hot. Plus lid leaked everywhere.

Server didn’t really give off any vibes I could describe as good either, so I’m struggling to find something good to say. I guess there was not a long wait, although I can see why..

My husband and I were driving tired and needed a coffee, we like Peet's coffee k-cups and wanted to get one on our way home, and we figured that because Peet's coffee locations are rare, that they would try and do their best. But when my husband got there, he got in line, and was waiting, didn't say a word to the lady working there. Then the lady comes up to him and says with a rude tone "what did you want?, because I still have to make theirs" (theirs as in the ppl before him). My husband said coffee, she asked what kind, my husband said whatever is fresh. She gave us coffee that tasted like it was sitting there for a long time, it was bitter and not fresh. We didn't finish our coffees. Next time Dutch Bros for sure, we've never had a bad experience with the ppl there and whenever there is an issue with the coffee, it hasn't been a problem and they fix it. Too bad this Peet's location is not worth coming back.

THE COMPLAINT- when I order a small cold brew I expect a small cold brew. What I was given today is clearly coffee brewed hot then cooled off to use for iced coffee. Which is not cold brew and very obviously a different flavor. A flavor I am not here for. I could say it is because it’s a Peet’s in a Raley’s b it I have had quality cold brew in a different Raley’s so that is not it.This is the third bad cold brew I have had in my past four cold brews. I live Peet’s cold brew. I use to tell people it had opium in it it is so good. I don’t know if there is a bean shortage or a training disconnection. Please, figure it out.Other words to share- They server coffee from open until 9pm. Nobody is standing at the counter though so you will need to wait for somebody to walk over if you do not find someone yourself. The staff member had a good attitude.

The person who helped us was incredibly rude and all of the drinks(4) were very poorly made. We did not finish any of drinks.

I had the dark roast and my wife had a Latte and both were hot and tasty. They have some tables in front so you can read and people watch. I love Peet's.

Just walked out after standing there waiting for no one to help. This is inside the grocery store. FYI for anyone just trying to drive up the highway.and get a quick drink.
