I was disappointed when I ordered a mocha and heard the chocolate syrup start farting from its container. it was obviously running out. We saw her grab a new container of chocolate, but did she give us any? Noooooooo!

So used to Starbucks, Poets is a decent cup of coffee, better than McDonald's, or other fast coffee, but I am a Pikes lover! Good cup if shopping, pleasant taste. Worth giving a try!

Visited here mid afternoon. Not very busy. Forgot one of our coffees. Tasted burned. Tables, of which there were few, we're all busy. Folks sitting over coffee. So nowhere to sit ourselves. Disappointing visit when I know the standard of other Peets places
