I didn't dine in, but the restaurant is nice and would be good for a party... But the quality of the pizza was lacking and I have no idea what the people in the back are doing. When I got home, my medium pizza looked like a small and was all messed up. When I arranged the slices to actually look like a pizza, it was missing a slice. Other than feeling ripped off because I didn't get my full pizza, it was also very bland and everything tasted watered down. Not the Round Table quality I grew up with. This is my first time back to a Round Table Pizza in probably 15 years, and probably the last. It's a shame since it could be very nice, but I'd rather eat at a place with cockroaches if the food had real flavor, that's how bland it was.

We used to eat here all the time before we moved further out into the country for 15 years but more that were closer to town we have tried it again. We were greatly disappointed all three times until we gave up. The staff was very short and impatient with customers. Our grandchildren really wanted to play video games while we had to wait for our order to cook but they were all out of order. The chicken wings looked awful and tasted worst as the pizzas were burnt on one end and shift on the other. I'm not sure how they accomplished that but they did. I didn't return the food because I didn't want a refund nor an offer for a free pizza in the future but when I showed them the burnt half they just looked at us like we were from another planet. I took photos of our last trip but I'll have to look for them as they speak a thousand words. We haven't been back in a year.

$100 pick up order and manager refused to give ranch for the pizza even though in the order ranch was requested and it was an option to choose on the platform I use. She said, “look at the receipt, you didn’t pay for ranch!”

So the manager told their workers to not give out pitchers to group events making everyone pay per-cup-per-person for drinks. On top of ordering a full party room for a baby shower. Where we were told pitchers were part of our party room.
All in all almost 100$ in just fountain drinks for 10 people. On top of already prepaying for group party room.

Update: Round Table called to apologize and definitely made it up to us with a replacement dinner. Thank you for going above and beyond.
Ordered carry out got home to find slices missing out of the pizza. Took it back and they already knew but never called me. They gave me the correct pizza and it had 3 inches of crust, all the extra toppings I paid for was skimpy and in the center of the pizza. When you order a pepperoni and add extra toppings it should still have the same amount of pepperoni, not a 1/4 of it. Of course I have photos if management would like to see. I paid over $60 when I could’ve gotten the same crud and a lot more from Dominos. So much for splurging
