Location Oakdale F & Yosemite. I had a mobile order with 4 items - they put 1 food item up then I watched as 5 drive thru orders and 8 counter orders were taken and fulfilled- they apologized and had the audacity to blame it on being behind - which was obviously incorrect when new orders were being fulfilled. I typically avoid this location specifically because everytime they my order is sidelined when new orders come in.

This Starbucks is one of my favorite locations, always have you taken care of quickly with great customer service. As a matter of fact, I was there earlier this afternoon picking up several drinks to go and my daughter spilled one upon entering the vehicle, I went inside to purchase a replacement and they gave it to us on the house. I just thought that was a really kind gesture and it actually drove me to write this review.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. There's nowhere at all to sit and it's just a big, loud, empty space.

Came to the drive thru on Thursday 7/24/25 at around 9:30am, and all I can say is wow. Which manager decided it was a good idea to hire this specimen? What a complete mess. Rude as all get out. I literally ordered 2 lattes. One was rudely handed to me with a sleeve and the next one without. She was so unpleasant I was actually afraid to ask for the missing sleeve on my hot drink. I'll be going back to the new Sbux on the west end of town, where they seek to hire people who actually enjoy working there (or they are good at hiding their attitude).
