We went into Taco Bell after a long trip to the mountains and wanted dinner . As we walked up to order on the register the lady tells us use the kiosk and she would help if we need it. Well after that 3 other customers came in and went to the register and ordered. They came in after us but got served first. I don’t think that’s really fair! But that’s the world now!

Everything sticks and smells and the order wasn't ready after 20 minutes. 8 people were still ahead of us. For a “fast food” restaurant, not nearly enough.

They are incredibly slow here. Confirming mobile orders is ridiculus. Give name and exact order specifications yet still not good enough to confirm the order.

Last time a came it was not crowded and chill. I picked up my food, took 2 minutes. Food was great, no complaints or problems with it. I prefer Crunchwrap Supremes over other menu items.

Refused, and told not allowed to take an order at the counter. Employee stated it's a new policy. Will not return, unless policy is changed. If you won't let an employee take my order, you will lose customers. Went to Carl's Jr. Instead.

Very little proportions. When you order a burrito, it's like getting torquito not worth the price. I go to Taco Bell all the time. By far the one that cheats you out of your proportions.

In store dining, The staff here seemed bothered when you needed to ask for something(drink cups, sauces, napkins)- things you literally have to ask for. They wanted everything done at the kiosk. I witnessed a few older customers who didn't understand how to use the kiosk to order. They still refused to take their order and directed them to the kiosk. Just seemed really sad. The manager guy had terrible people skills.
