I went to Togo’s for the first time on Saturday, January 31st 2026. I usually go to Subway but wanted to try something new and also treat my sister for lunch. When we walked into Togo’s, there was a woman in a black polo shirt at the counter, who did not greet us. The first thing she said was “What do you want?” in a tone that clearly read she was annoyed. Since it was my first time there I said we would need a few moments to decide what we are getting. Once my sister and I were ready to order, this woman in the black polo shirt was extremely short with us. We told her the type of sandwiches we wanted which was the ham and Swiss. She asked if we wanted it toasted and we politely said yes please. She then puts the sandwiches in the oven and proceeded to rush us to go checkout. She didn’t ask what we wanted on the sandwiches at all. My sister and I stayed at the counter and tried to tell her we wanted to add veggies and dressing but she didn’t seem to care. She called another woman from the back that was wearing an orange Togo shirt and in a rude tone told that employee to check me out. She then pointed to the cash register and told me to go pay. So I went to pay as my sister stayed behind at the counter. This woman in the black polo shirt wrapped my sister’s sandwich without adding the veggies and dressing we asked for. When we asked if she could please add she said she already wrapped up the sandwich. She didn’t offer to reopen the sandwich or remake it nothing. We asked if she could at least pack up the veggies and dressing on the side so we can add it ourselves and she did but she rolled her eyes. For my sandwich she started to add things in a rush to get it wrapped. I don’t understand why she was short and rushing us because when I looked around we were the only ones in Togo’s besides a family that was already on their way out from eating inside. There was no excuse for this woman’s behavior. My sister and I ordered our food to go and when I got home and saw my sandwich I was not pleased. It was a sloppy mess. All I asked for was light balsamic vinegar, lettuce, tomato , and pepperocini. This woman put so much balsamic vinegar my sandwich was soaked and she left out the pepperocinis. Again for my sisters sandwich she didn’t even add anything so this was very disrespectful. I went back Sunday in hopes of seeing this woman again to complain but she was not working. There were 3 different employees that I asked the names of because of how generous and kind they were to hear my complaint. Jayden was amazing! He greeted me as I walked in and listened to my horrible experience and offered to remake my sandwich. I also noticed how he treated the customers after me and he spoke so calm and so kind. He seems to enjoy helping others. There was another man named Andrew and a woman named Jen if I remember correctly that also went above and beyond to make sure my second time there was great. All three apologized for the first horrible experience I had and said they hope it didn’t deter me from coming back. I noticed these 3 individuals were also wearing orange Togo’s shirts so now this makes me think the woman in the black polo has to be in a manager or supervisory role which is disheartening to say the least by the way she treated me. I highly encourage and believe this establishment needs to rethink who they have in charge. I am giving 2 stars since the rest of the staff was professional but technically it should only be 1 star as a manager is the first reflection of the business and the woman in the black polo didn’t represent the business well. Below is a photo of the sloppy sandwich the woman made and a photo of half of the sandwich that was remade. I had already eaten the other half but what a huge difference!

Me and my family, (Three in total) came in and ordered sandwich's mid day and was greeted by a very rude worker. When we came in she had a very rude tone with us and very bad body language towards us and was very obvious we were an inconvenience to what ever was happening. She had an accent so we didn't hear what she was saying for some of the items she was asking for and when we ask her to repeat what she was saying she responded in a very loud in rude tone. I ordered a Pastrami and she said there would be a 5 minute wait which I was fine with. She then put it into the oven and pulled it out with 2 minute left on the oven. It was obviously raw and was in such a rush to get us out of the store that she didn't care about the obvious food safety concern. At this point I turned to my husband and mention to him that we should leave as the service was horrible and it was made obvious she did not want to serve us. At the check out there was an optional tip screen and she was very obviously staring at the tablet to see how much or if we would tip. Given the bad experience we decided to not tip and was immediately given an eye roll and she very quickly left for the back. We usually come in frequently before soccer games and have always been met with friendly workers. However it has become so upsetting to me that before I pull into the parking lot I double check to see that she is not working so that I am not met with this same attitude and distain. We have optioned to go to the sandwich shop across the street and although they are a little pricy, they are a family owned and very nice people. I have mentioned this to my friends who also come in before soccer games and they have told me something similar about her. She also wears a collard black togos shirt so I believe she is apart of management. It It is a shame as I love togos and they have great food, but the attitude I have been given the last couple times I have been helped by her has been terrible and has turned me and my family away. I wish this would be addressed by higher ups but seeing that she is management, I doubt there will be a change. Since my friends and I have had similar experiences with this lady, I was wondering if anyone else had had any similar experiences?

Got the french dip, chicken ranch, and broccoli cheddar soup. Was VERY pleased at the quality of ingredients and the portion size. Got lots of extra au jus too. The soup was especially good. Thanks!

Philly cheesesteak was bland,bread was hard American cheese Not provolone, mushrooms are not on a Philly cheesesteak, no Onions, red peppers only no green peppers 😢 very sad sandwich for 15$ way to high, better off going to subways atleast it might taste better than tools. But I like backwoods burgers 🍔 price is right food is good 👍. I will never eat Togo's again 🤮 sorry.

Most of the people are very friendly and the place is very clean. However, recently I was overcharged for toppings I never received. I did go back into the store to ask for a side and they were nice about it so it wasn’t a very big deal. However, I will say that the new staff isn’t very friendly and they’ve repeatedly messed up my sandwich so I would be attentive to how they make your order.
