Philly cheesesteak was bland,bread was hard American cheese Not provolone, mushrooms are not on a Philly cheesesteak, no Onions, red peppers only no green peppers 😢 very sad sandwich for 15$ way to high, better off going to subways atleast it might taste better than tools. But I like backwoods burgers 🍔 price is right food is good 👍. I will never eat Togo's again 🤮 sorry.

Most of the people are very friendly and the place is very clean. However, recently I was overcharged for toppings I never received. I did go back into the store to ask for a side and they were nice about it so it wasn’t a very big deal. However, I will say that the new staff isn’t very friendly and they’ve repeatedly messed up my sandwich so I would be attentive to how they make your order.

James was so helpful and kind - I needed a last-minute catering box and not only was he able to complete the last-minute order, but he got it done in 20 minutes 🤯 the sandwiches look awesome and the group I’m taking them to is going to be thrilled to not have to wait to eat them!!
Ordered the hot pastrami. Mostly bread, suspect meat. I ordered this sandwich because of a great sandwich that I got from Togos in Los Gatos, CA. The sandwich from Oakdale was nowhere near that experience. Oakdale, call Los Gatos and find their secret.

How can you make a sandwich wrong and say, "Sorry, I made it right," and refuse to remake a sandwich because it was ordered through grubhub. Even if Im wrong, why couldn't you remake my sandwiches if i brought the bad ones back? And why so much pepper? lol, I choked, "So good job on that, haha." Everything that was clicked on was supposed to go on the sandwich, not off. it was a plus sign, not aminus. Idk. But bad customer service. Bad Bad Bad. Don't work in customer service if you dislike people or your job. The sandwich sucked Fast forward to the next day. The general manager, James, gave me a call and made everything right. Customer service is huge for me. He made me want to stay a customer. I love togos sometimes. So cool. Thank you.

2 thin slices of ham and 2 thin slices of turkey. 4 inches of bread. Everything has gone up but come on. If I wanted a plain loaf of bread I would have ordered that.
