I saw this Chipotle was rated only a 3.2 stars. I was slightly worried but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces and they loaded up my bowl too! Everyone was so nice and I will definitely probably not be coming back, but not because it lacked anything. As a matter of fact it was one of the best Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t live anywhere near so I will likely not return but I wish I could!
Im sorry to say, but this establishment needs better management. Their available food choice in the evening is poor quality. Their protein selection at time is all dried out. It doesn't look appetizing. One time, Their white rice was way undercooked. They don't keep up worthy the fajita tray. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager. It could not be done. Everything is automated and is just tells you to go to their website and place a complaint.
Service is five stars, today anyways. Everybody was nice and very polite.
Leadership definitely needs to step it up. . . . Here’s why: noSofritos, you can tell the cleaning is lacking. Just look at any of the appliances, walls or furniture in the restaurant.
