So glad we stopped here. Was a bathroom break turned dinner stop and so glad we did. We got the fish tacos which had a rice side that was delish and my tenderloin was cooked perfectly for my liking with tons of flavor. Clean plate club for sure. Bartender was busy but cool and collected serving everyone as they came! Would highly recommend a stop in!

A friend and I ate here about one month ago and sampled a handful of dishes on the menu. The food was fantastic. Simple but so well done for seasonings of dishes. Everything had a unique flavor profile to make for a well rounded, satisfying meal. The chef is v nice and willing to chat about how the food is prepared, which was great. AND the drinks behind the bar where delicious. Staff is super nice overall. Prices were decent, though we went ham and had to try more than one item. Our only regret was not staying in the guesthouse - small hunters cabin feeling. Would recommend!!

I hadn't been up to Sierra Sky Ranch in forever and a day, and didn't even know the Cowboy Tavern existed. It was a pleasant surprise to go there with one of my best friends and enjoy a dinner at the bar. The bartender, Amanda, was super sweet and kind and served us with a smile. Sarah, the manager, was also so welcoming and has the best personality. The service was on point and the food was very tasty. It could have come out a smidge hotter, but all in all, the food was flavorable and good. The dessert was incredibly delicious and was nice and hot when it came out. We split the pear crumble and their brown sugar whip cream is to die for. The atmosphere there was terrific and felt perfect for a rainy night. I am glad we went and would definitely return.

I ate here approximately 4 months ago. I had the Shepherds Pie. One of the photos show a very large portion. It is not large at all and skillet is not deep. The ground beef did not have any real flavor. My date had the sorbet for dessert. Two spoonfuls and it was over. Portion sizes way too small for the price. I spent over $100 for 2 people and drank tea. First and last time.

Review from a few weeks ago birthday dinner. Food was good but my entree came out wrong (flour tortillas instead of corn and I specifically asked what kind of tortilla I am gluten free). My replacement salmon dinner took 20-30 minutes I would think they could of offered a free drink or something to us as my husbands meal was finished 20-30 minutes before and we just waited…
Dietary restrictions: Not good at Gluten free. I ordered fish tacos grilled and made sure tortillas were corn. I got flour tortillas and had to order salmon it took 20-30 minutes my husband had finished his meal and had to wait a while .

A must try! We were hesitant to eat at the restaurant attached to our hotel due to past experiences, but wow were we blown away! Everything was so well-crafted and clearly homemade. We tried the drummette appetizer, which were trimmed with care, perfectly crispy, and dressed in an amazing glaze. My husband's burger was huge, with a high quality blend of meat, homemade sauces and pickles to accompany! The shepherds pie featured vegetables cooked to perfection and plenty of herbs. Abounding in flavor and class! You've got to come! And if you're staying at sierra sky, definitely walk over. It made us not want to leave the premises to eat any other night. Can't wait to try more!

What a hidden gem! Kudos to the culinary team for cranking out a fantastic meal in a timely manner. The beet carpaccio was elegant in plating and explosive in flavor. The ahi poke was perfectly seasoned. The flank and Tenderloin were cooked perfectly! Add a side of togarashi fries, you won't regret! Excellent and attendant service.
