Got our order wrong so we went in and let them know they gave us a chicken bowl instead of a chicken sandwich. The guy at the register was kinda rude and made it seem like an issue. I handed him the bowl but told him if they were just going to throw it away i’d eat it. He told me he can’t just give food away and said we get one or the other.
I get it and all, but seriously they are just throwing it away so for the waist of our time (having to turn around and drive back, go inside when we originally went through the drive through so we didn’t have to, then we had to wait in line and the guy was rude about it) anyways the rest of our order was cold by the time we got the issue resolved, the least they could have done was hook it up with the chicken bowl. No biggie but really just inconvenient, just saying

Jack in the box is our go to fast food, but this location was chaos. The food wasn’t terrible but the workers seem to have zero idea how to do their jobs, read a receipt, give the correct sized drinks, add extra of the condiment you asked to not have or apologize for any mistakes they made on a simple order. Idk man… I hate leaving bad reviews but you all need some training.

We were the only customers when we dined in. But we still waited for a while.
The tables and floor were dirty. We ordered chicken bowls and salad. The food tastes good.

I love Jack in the Box but unfortunately this location has a lot of issues. They don't have the staff to work this busy location. The person working drive up is also the person who works the get your food window. This means he takes your order then literally runs up front to get your drinks & serve you. There's 1 person working the counter & probably 1 person cooking because generally it takes you about an average of 15-20 minutes to get your food. Once you order & pull forward you're trapped & have to wait. Now if you get lucky & the line actually moves fast, the staff is so stressed out trying to do everything quickly that your order is generally wrong. You get hot or cold food, sometimes both and most times it's not even YOUR order. If you do get your order under 10min, if it's hot and it's actually your order, buy a lottery ticket cuz it's your lucky day! Now staff is generally friendly (especially Donovan) if you see a manager she's always friendly. So with so many negatives against this restaurant why do I keep going? Because it's Jack in the Box and I love their food. They're the only place you can get such a huge variety of choices to eat. Overall, if you love Jack in the Box be prepared to wait and check your bag before leaving to make sure they got it right because you'll either have to park to get it fixed or be willing accept the luck of the draw.

Andy is a GD rockstar. How he runs full speed and gives the best service I've ever seen, is unbelievable. I've been at plenty of high end restaurants and not received half the service. Dude kills!!

They make good food but they were the slowest drive-thru I've ever gone through because the owner is too cheap to hire more employees.
