Andy is a GD rockstar. How he runs full speed and gives the best service I've ever seen, is unbelievable. I've been at plenty of high end restaurants and not received half the service. Dude kills!!

DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!! This is the most unsafe place you’ll ever go! I have witnessed a worker chasing a customer with a hand knife, there’s only 1 bathroom for all genders AND you can hear the kitchen staff talk about bug infestation in Spanish so the customers wouldn’t understand! I regret ever eating at this location :((

I went during a busy time and although they were slammed, they had great customer service and we’re friendly. I really appreciate the lady and gentlemen who helped me out. I wish I would’ve got their names.
During a 2+ hour road trip me, my mom, and her friend stopped for food due to our unbearable hunger. None of us had ever had jack in the box before but had heard of it before. For me I had heard great things about them and their sauced and loaded small birria tacos.
In total adding up all our food we bought a spicy chicken sandwich, sauced and loaded small birria tacos, a teriyaki bowl, and 2 tacos. At first instead of the teriyaki bowl a order of salad was places but they didn't have any salad. What kind of restaurant doesn't have salad????
After waiting 10+ minutes for our order while hearing the nonstop chatting of staff in the back we finally got our food. When I tell you this I am 100% serious that the spicy chicken sandwich looked like they 3d printed it, and it tasted like it! And it wasn't spicy at all, and just so you know this is not bragging it was actually not spicy at all.
The 2 tacos were kinda bad I mean what else would you expect from a burger fast food place making tacos. Also the teriyaki bowl had no taste at all causing my mom to pour as much pepper and sauces possible to make it even a little enjoyable.
Lastly, when I say this I mean it sincerely but the sauced and loaded small birria tacos were a disgrace. The picture advertising them looked so good and sauced evenly. When I opened the box everything was covered in lettuce and when I actually found a taco it was really soggy, broken, and had very little sauce on it. First and last time going to Jack in the Box!
