We go to our local Jack in the Box at least three times a week. Everyone is always friendly and polite. Today, 2/23/24, at 4:30pm, Justin was at the register. He got our order incorrect and overcharged us. We do the customer surveys on our receipts and use the coupon for our orders. Everyone else that has waited on us knows how to do this except Justin. He should not be dealing with customers until he is trained on how to be polite and professional. We cannot emphasize enough how rude he was and we ended canceling our order and going to a different restaurant.
