This roll was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. The tempura coating was perfectly crispy and light, not greasy at all, which gave a great crunch with every bite. The food here is absolutely delicious! We stopped on the way from Yosemite to Fresno and it turned out to be the best meal of the trip. Everything was so flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling through—you won’t regret it!
