Ordered pickup from this place after seeing their menu and prices online. Everything looked reasonable — rolls listed around $8–$12. But when I got there to pay, the total was way higher than expected. Turns out, the in-store prices are completely different from what they show online. No heads-up, no warning, just a surprise at the counter.
I asked about the difference and was basically told, “Yeah, our online menu isn’t updated.” Not a great excuse...
