This morning I ordered 10:22 am I was in the area down the road drove through drive to be told they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 am. The drive-through guy was not nice but rude so we went to talk to manager inside, they refuse to make the order and sent us along. They said if your not in are parking lot when you make your order that they won’t make your order. Period. We had to call corporate to get a refund it was a huge deal I will not be bringing my family here anymore to order food. And won’t recommend people to go and eat there. It was awful service.

The worst customer service I have ever had here! Been waiting outside for my food for 15 min and the drive thru lady was rude, she closed the window and walked away while I was talking to her

Am boycotting McDonalds but I decided after a long drive to grab something from them I ended up ordering many orders, who does not like McDonalds fries ? But fries are not fresh , sandwiches have no taste and they messed up our orders.

First, when I went through the drive-thru, they said they couldn’t find my order, even though I clearly placed it. So I had to walk into the store and order again. When we politely asked a staff member if we could have some hot water, the male employee responded in an extremely rude manner and refused our request. It was a very disappointing experience.

Prolly the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Got my order wrong in the drive through and made a park out front cus they were waiting for fries. Never came to give me my order while I was parked so I went inside to check. They give me a bag and of course the order is still wrong. Finally someone appears with another bag with the right order this time. How many times can they get it wrong??

Chicken sandwich had three pickle slices and that was it No sauce and nothing else besides the chicken. The big Mac buns were stale and hard. Worst McDonald's meal I have had in quite some time.

Ordered at kiosk for here. Freezing in restaurant. Shivering on cold seats. After 35 minute wait, asked them to pack it to go. They forgot my OJ and jam. They kept my receipt. Won't be back!
