Went in at 1:45pm for some coffee. Sign says 6-3 daily. Nobody would help us. I asked a guy at the check out if someone was working the coffee counter and he said probably not. Went to an older lady stocking produce and she was rude and said she has no idea it's not her dept. Needless to say we left. Absolutely ridiculous.

We waited about 30 minutes (it wasn’t busy at all) to get our drinks and when we finally got them, they were not of normal Peet’s quality. The lavender lemonade we ordered just tasted like watered-down lemonade.

I loved to get coffee at the Raley's in Oakhurst that had a Peet's Coffee & Tea. Five stars in food, service, and atmosphere. Great coffee and lots of selections of whole bean coffee.
Now I live in southern Idaho. It's a challenge to find Peet's coffee, let alone whole bean in the blend I prefer. Thank goodness for online shopping.

They close at 2:00pm, but they advertise as open until 5pm. Due to staffing problems the hours may even be more limited. They should at least change their hours so people don't drive here just to find out it's
