Food was pretty good, nothing like their photos premade frozen patties. It was hot though and the fries were crispy. Service could have been better, the woman behind the counter gave no greeting just stared at me as I walked up to the counter and waited for my order. Service was quick but they were not busy. She walked my order up to my tats at it down and walked away. I was given the impression this mom and pop place was the one to eat at. My company purchased a building down the street to do business in town. Doubtful I will return.

First time visiting this new Oakhurst restaurant. Pete's will be missed but these folks have established their very own welcoming atmosphere. Greeted when I walked in and enjoyed conversation while waiting for food. Prices are a bit steep for the Oakhurst area but on target with others places here. I will say the portion size is good, I was satisfied and not still hungry. The food quality is excellent and a step above most local hamburger builders. They are on par with The Forks and HWY 41 Grill... In almost every area this was one of the most pleasant first experiences I have had in recent times. If I were to share one.complai t it would be the napkins... For a good juicy burger and seasoned fries these napkins were wholely inadequate. More like a single tissue for a mighty sneeze with a cold they were anhilated when used one at a time. The only saving grace is that each table has a dispenser and I was able to figure out three at a time provided sufficient durability for a couple of wipes before new ones were needed. 😁
As I said though all else very on par with slightly steep pricing but solid quality and quantity for the price paid. Just under 20 for pastrami burger meal. Definitely would recommend as a payday treat or even a nice date night. 👍

Mideast Indian cook was loud and rude and the know-it-all tried to tell us we don't know anything. Totally inedible Burger, chicken sandwich and small fries, and small drinks $45. They advertise ice cream and shakes but have none at all.

Worst burger joint experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with an extra patty, they rang it up wrong, argued with me, and after waiting over another 30 minutes for them to remake it, my food came out with what looked very much like pubes in it. Absolutely disgusting. When I went up to get a refund, the guy wouldn’t even look at me or the burger—just silently gave me my money back. That says it all. I’ll be reporting this place to the health and safety agency.

The food is only average and probably better and cheaper at McDonald's across the street. The service was okay, if a little unfriendly. The atmosphere is poor, even for a fast food restaurant. Some tables were piled high with packaging, and the blinds had probably never been cleaned—it's best not to look at them.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped in to try their Philly cheesesteak sandwich and was greeted right away by a very kind young lady. The sandwich was excellent—served fast, hot, and loaded with steak. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be back!

The food came out fast, correct, and piping hot. We ordered a burger, crispy chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were big enough for 2 people to share and well seasoned. Everything tasted great!
Staff was welcoming and friendly, however they did not bring orders out to elderly couples dinning, which is disappointing considering most of our locals are seniors. Their POS system asks for a tip up-front despite staff not actually serving customers. Many restaurants do this, but for the prices I do expect to at least have the food brought to the table. I also noticed that the windows, blinds, chairs, and edges of the table were dirty and greasy. Additionally, my grandfather tried to ask for a cup of coffee at the counter and he was ignored by staff. Hopefully the business can make improvements quickly before local interest diminishes.

first off i want to start this with i am not trying to criticize. the food is good and the people seamed nice. but i work at a company and i called to place and order for all of us so we could pick it up and get back to work. well i was told they dont take orders over the phone, well most companies up here wont have a guy that can sit there and wait for food thats why we order on the phone it might not hurt them in the summer when the tourist are here to help there business but i just hope this plan works out for them in the winter when there is just the locals but if your walking in to eat food is great
