First time visiting this new Oakhurst restaurant. Pete's will be missed but these folks have established their very own welcoming atmosphere. Greeted when I walked in and enjoyed conversation while waiting for food. Prices are a bit steep for the Oakhurst area but on target with others places here. The food is only average and probably better and cheaper at McDonald's across the street.
The service was okay, if a little unfriendly.
The atmosphere is poor, even for a fast food restaurant. Some tables were piled high with packaging, and the blinds had probably never been cleaned—it's best not to look at them.

Stopped in to try their Philly cheesesteak sandwich and was greeted right away by a very kind young lady. The sandwich was excellent—served fast, hot, and loaded with steak. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be back!
