This was the slowest service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The barista was nice, but she was in no hurry to get any orders done. Also, I was given the wrong variety of egg bites that I ordered. The mocha that was made did not taste good. It was strong as if it has too much espresso. I will never return to this location.

I am a regular customer at Starbucks. I was ordering a simple grande, dark roast coffee with some cream. One of the female employees who took my mom and I’s order Only served us my mom’s drink. Then we asked where the grande coffee was. She just turned her face and answered somebody else that was after us. And someone else had to go get our coffee. Upon getting the coffee, there was no cream in it which we asked for in the first place. So I went back to get cream and I tried to talk to the lady that had take my mom‘s order But she just turned her back to me and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Someone else had to come and give me some cream for my coffee. This same lady has treated me rudely before twice before actually and is always has always given me what appears to me as mean looks.. I don’t know what I ever did to her or what kind of problem or day she’s having but I am a customer and a human being as well and I don’t appreciate her service there at all. I hope it does not happen again.

Another pit stop here for my friends bday drink Shaken Espresso oat milk, and the white chocolate macadamia cold brew and another espresso oat-milk and egg bites before heading to our hiking destination. Our drinks were on point, the service was amazing we were helped by Bri and Daniel they were super stars!!!!
Parking: In plaza inside Vons grocery store so plenty of places to park

Guy washing things at the sink... sees us and says we're closed. It's 15 min till 8pm, but i guess he's done working. He needs to find another job that doesn't require customer service. I would not recommend going here.
Opening hours have not been reliable recently. Today (1/3/24 6:45pm) the guy there made the drinks wrong and was also very rude & short - plus was showing an aggressive attitude. Pretty sure someone made him angry earlier in the day, then he just blamed in on all who came in afterwards ☹️

I ask the girl at the counter for a straw with my drink and she shakes her head and hoffs off like it made her mad, terrible attitude, if. its too much effort to hand someone a straw then at least leave some out where people can grab one. Rediclious!!
