This isn't a place to just go and eat it's an experience and is worth the price of admission. The people are great the place is very elegant and the food is amazing, each course had its own unique flavor and was truly a great way to elevate your dining.
Service, location, ambiance were great. Drinks were good. Would definitely go back. We went for the 5 course Valentines dinner. The bisque was my favorite, duck was cooked perfectly. Favorite cocktail was the Pine and Petals. We also asked for an off the menu sidebar cocktail, was made perfectly!
The staff is amazing! They are polite and warm. The details they put into the menu and wine list is outstanding and we were impressed by Erica and Ethan. Thank you for a special and memorable dinner! We will be back!
Excellent meal for a special occasion. We went for our anniversary. Food and wine pairings were outstanding but the real star was Erica Ruiz, the general manager and sommelier. She thoughtfully and graciously guided us through a wonderful meal and wine pairing. Truly top notch.
Quiet, intimate dining experience with a great, approachable staff. We did the 5 course with wine pairings and there wasn't a bite or sip that disanointed. When you're visiting, if they have a celery root course, make sure not to sleep on it. We're not vegetable-shy people by any means, but as far from vegetarian/vegan as you could possibly get -- and the celery root...my girlfriend and I are still talking about it.
My wife and I have never splurged on ourselves in such a way before. Let's just say we don't know how to do fine dining like this. The waitress/host was very accommodating and put us at ease. We had a great time with very refined and perfected menu. My zero spirit cocktail was delicious. The ambiance was made up for the holidays and was very romantic. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable. My nerves of getting something or doing something wrong was gone by the time we finished.
We went for our 22nd wedding anniversary. They made sure to make sure the accommodated my food allergies and even made a personalized menu wishing us a happy anniversary. Trey explained all the food and wines to pair with each course. This was whole experience was top notch
Delicious food and excellent service. Wines were chosen thoughtfully and were excellent as well.
An absolutely fabulous dining experience. We had the 5 course meal with wine pairing. The food was stupendous and the pairings were spot on. We will be back!
The food is very good. Tasty and beautifully presented. We were the only ones in the restuarant that evening (early reservations) so it was very quiet. Service was excellent and attentive. What I would say though, is it is a bit overpriced for what you actually get and if the restaurant is charging also for the "experience", they need to do a bit of maintenance on the exterior of the property. The landscape is old and could use a lot of work. The exterior of the building has not been well maintained. We actually thought we were in the wrong place when we arrived. Again, the food is good but not over the top good and the service is very good but some things like the explanation of how the butter for the bread is prepared could be pared down. Lots of interuptions to our dinner to explain things, etc. Some customers may enjoy this. Undoubtable the best restaurant in the area but keep in mind you will be paying $12 for a bottle of water and lots more if you have any kind of alcoholic drink. There is no beer menu for those that do not drink wine and only two mocktails if you are avoiding alcohol.

It's ridiculous that a restaurant with food of this quality, prepared so well and served so beautifully, does not have at least one Michelin star.
Totally Amazing! Excellent, attentive service. Our server's were friendly and acknowledged our anniversary, which was the reason for the celebration. We'll definitely be back!
A lovely time, fine dining, and a little château nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Go check it out for a date night experience.
Such an amazing experience! The drinks were incredible! I had the Gin drink with elderberry and it was delicious I had to have two!! My husband had the gin drink with basil and he loved his as well! We got the 3 course meal with one wine pairing and everything was absolutely perfect. It did not disappoint! My husband got the duck and said it was the best duck he's ever had! I got the halibut and it was to die for!! Everything just blew us away with all the bold flavors and the twist of the melon it was absolutely perfection! The service was impeccable and they were very professional but also warm and personable. Highly recommend coming here! They even had a jazz band outside with an open bar before our reservation.
Enjoyed the food, the wine pairings and chatting with the GM/ Sommelier Erika. It was an imaginative and well presented tasting menu and the professional service was what I'd expect for this level of dining. Reasonably busy Saturday night created a nice ambience. We enjoyed the 5 course menu and I had the wine pairings... 4 of the 5 wines were great and really interesting discoveries. Only 1 wine was not to my liking at all ... would have loved the opportunity to have an alternative option.
