This was possibly the worst sandwich I've ever had. We were traveling from Page, Az. back to Oregon and were excited to see this little cafe. We ordered a hot pastrami sandwich to share. The meat was discolored; there wasn't much on the sandwich; there was a splash of mustard and pickles. Awful! Service was good.

No Service!! Tried to eat here last Sunday as we passed through. There was a couple of open tables inside, but it was nice outside, so we told the waitress that we would be on the patio. After 15-20 minutes, we left as she never came to get our order. Some of those empty tables inside had customers now with drinks. Completely unacceptable!!

We stopped here on our way out from Lassen Volcanic NP to have breakfast and they do not disappoint! Food was delicious, wait time for food to be served was average (10-15 min). The owners were super friendly and attentive. I ordered the egg scramblers/Denver and my husband ordered Country Benedict, both were delicious and a lot of food. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good food around that area.

This place really surprise me, form out side looks like a old town but in side the breakfast was really good. Really good service and a good price

Friendly staff, food was delicious and came out quickly. Cute little spot to stop and eat. We got a kick out of their sign board too.

What a find! I have visited many places and this is a gem! They make their food in house to perfection! I usually don't post a favorite item because so close to others but I have to say this place makes the best biscuits and gravy! Made to order an not from a can . I will find a way back just to eat that. The hash is also made in house. Even the sausage patty is made in house. The gentleman in kitchen has a love for cooking. I really suggest making a special trip here to try for yourself. Its definitely worth it.

This is the only cafe in the neighborhood and it was pretty packed with tourists. We had to wait for 40 mins for a burger and a sandwich. The people here are very friendly and they made fresh coffee for us at afternoon even though they said they were out of it. The ambience is rustic but we found it had plenty of flies buzzing around. The food was good. We got chicken ranch sandwich and vegan mushroom burger.

I went here for breakfast before the strenuous hike. My food was alright. I had scrambles with toast and hashbrown. This is the only diner in this area.

Worst food I’ve had in years. Avoid. I have no idea how the reviews are so high. Terrible dining room with lots of flies. Hockey puck burger with 1 dead lettuce leaf and two thin onion slices on a stale cold hard bun. I couldn’t make a worse burger if I tried. These folks obviously do not care about what they are serving or charging $20 for. Disgusting.

Service and food were good. The wait can be a tad long, just two folks running the Cafe, so understandable, in a remote spot of north cal. 7 tables inside, plenty outside. We enjoyed it none the less. Would do it again when in the area!! 👍👍👍👍
