We stopped here on our way out from Lassen Volcanic NP to have breakfast and they do not disappoint! Food was delicious, wait time for food to be served was average (10-15 min). The owners were super friendly and attentive. I ordered the egg scramblers/Denver and my husband ordered Country Benedict, both were delicious and a lot of food. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good food around that area.
What a find! I have visited many places and this is a gem! They make their food in house to perfection! I usually don't post a favorite item because so close to others but I have to say this place makes the best biscuits and gravy! Made to order an not from a can . I will find a way back just to eat that. The hash is also made in house. Even the sausage patty is made in house. The gentleman in kitchen has a love for cooking. This is the only cafe in the neighborhood and it was pretty packed with tourists. We had to wait for 40 mins for a burger and a sandwich. The people here are very friendly and they made fresh coffee for us at afternoon even though they said they were out of it. The ambience is rustic but we found it had plenty of flies buzzing around. The food was good. We got chicken ranch sandwich and vegan mushroom burger.
