I ordered some pupusas.. $2.50 each and this was there size next to it is a smuckers uncrustales (see picture) yes they were that small for almost 3 dollars each. Also ordered a gobernador taco and that's $12, not 8.99 like it states on here. If you want to be a high end restaurant to charge the way you do, the quality also needs to be matched.

Stopped by on our way back to three rivers for some pupusas. They were good but the portions were small for $4. Also, the service was very slow. We waited about 15 mins for 2 pupusas. Otherwise, pupusas were really good! I wish I got more than one.

IT DOESN'T DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR, A GREAT PLACE, however I will post it so that my comment can be published.Upon entering the menu shows high prices but within reason, so we decided to try the food we ordered and it took too long to bring the food even though it was only us in the place (3) we were patient, the food was not good but what My annoyance and disagreement is that when paying for each dish and meal they raised it from 5 to 7 dollars of the price they gave us on the menu, the lady justified that action with which they had already mentioned it to the owner before and he did not take any action in it. This issue is an abuse, in addition to the fact that the delay is too long and the attention is not good, I definitely do not recommend it, they should take action on the matter to prevent them from continuing to abuse people.

Don’t judge this book by its cover! Great pupusas.I really enjoyed my calabaza con queso pupusa - the dough was fresh and crispy on the outside, and there was just the right amount of cheese. Prices were pretty darn good. Multiple vegetarian options. If you’re just looking for a good pupusa and don’t require atmosphere to go with it, you’ll have no complaints!

I ordered the Dyllon's Salvadorian special which comes with two pupusa's and refried beans. My server was rude and was not concerned with my order at all. The menu clearly listed the price as $8.99, however when I went to pay the check. The waiter informed me that my lunch cost $18.00. so the moral of the story is- do not go eat here because they are dishonest. I for one will never return. They lost my business today and I will tell everybody that I know they're ever in Orange cove do not eat at cabanas.

Food was DELICIOUS and authentic. Popusas were so good and cheesy. It’s so difficult to find a good salvadorian place, this one is one of the few few goods ones! I will be coming back, they deserve more recognition and credit for sure.

The first and last time I went in there it was about 5pm for an early dinner. The music was so loud, I couldn't even hear my husband from across the table or the waitress when she came to get our drink order. I asked if the music could be turned down a bit. She said she'd ask. When she came with our drinks, she said she could not turn down the music be because it was karaoke night, mind you the karaoke started at 7:00pm. Needless to say we left. We won't be going back. The music was so loud, my ears were ringing after we left. Like a concert, that loud.

This place was recommended to me by the owner’s sister. She works with me and sometimes she brought me some pupusas which I ate and they were delicious! So now I place my order in advance. I live about 7 miles away from O. C. And they made my pupusas while a drive to pick them up . My order it’s ready in about 20 mins . If you love PUPUSAS as much as I do, I recommend CABAÑAS restaurant in Orange Cove, California

Expect slow service due to a shortage of staff. They have a sign to let customers know about the staff situation. The staff is very nice. Amazing, DELICIOUS pupusas!! They always hit the spot! I have been buying pupusas from Gladis for years and they never disappoint. Always made fresh. My favorite is the chicharron con queso. They are a must try! You won't be disappointed! Also, her family is the sweetest. Always friendly and happy. Go try some pupusas for yourself!!
