Annie's is the place you want to go back too, over and over again. Great hearty meals, where you'll always leave satisfied. I had a short stack, sausages, eggs and a big fresh orange juice. yummy!

Great service food comes exactly as I ordered it and very reasonably priced. Better than IHOP any day of the week.

We came to this place for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. The staff members were extremely nice and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was delicious. We loved this restaurant very much and we shall definitely come back again. Recommended.

My family has been going to Annie's since I can remember. I grew up in Orangevale. None of live there now but we travel to get here at least a few times a year. It was my dad's favorite. Great food and great people. This is the place. Chicken fried steak is my favorite.

It was super busy when we arrived about 9ish. We got a table after about 5 mins of waiting. Our waitress was quick and efficient. We were impressed with the prices and portions. It was definitely a good place to get breakfast. I'd recommend it to someone looking for breakfast.

My partner and I were visiting town for vacation since we grew up around the area and it was my first time trying, but my partner grew up eating at Annie’s; it was the best chicken fried steak I had ever had, best price, and great customer service. The owner even remembered my partner when they were a child eating there, so cool. Coming back soon!

Annie's has the best breakfasts around, and when you factor in the excellent prices, this place can't be beat. The hash browns are super-crispy and tasty, and the eggs perfectly cooked. Love it here!

First time visit. Nice small restaurant. Food and Prices ok. Plan to return again. For a Saturday breakfast visit. The service was great. I always follow up with 3 visits to a new place. Before, I Continue or Not to go to a Restaurant.

Would surely recommend visiting this place. Great mood, yummy food, fantastic customer service. They never disappoint.

3 Stars for food. It was very good. Coffee yuck. You'll have to ask for more coffee and for water refills. You'll have lots of chat time before your order is taken..at least 2 cups of coffee worth. It's futile to expect toast. We got it towards the end of the meal. She made it 3xs. The busboy finally got it for us.We were a party of 4. Not super busy, but brisk. 1.5 hours from sitting down to finish. No sitting and chatting after breakfast, had no time.

Great steaks- Wonderful for breakfast with out of towners ---- Local and Good!-- Been there many times.
