Really enjoyed everything we ordered - scrambled eggs, the sausage is much better and tasty than regular sausage, and the waffle were light and fluffy. It's a bit of a drive to Orangevale but worth it.

I love this place, but the food has near doubled in price since 2019. The price of the corned beef hash is absolutely ridiculous. This is supposed to just be a simple neighborhood diner, not sure what's going on.

We came on a Sunday and there was a little wait, about 15 minutes. Kristi greeted us and got us coffee pretty quickly. Kristi was very friendly and ready for clarifications and suggestions. We picked the biscuits and gravy and corned beef hash. The food came out quicker than we expected on a busy Sunday.
The corned beef hash was delicious. It was juicy and seasoned well. My wife thought the biscuits were good but the gravy was a little under seasoned. The eggs were spot on. The fruit option was persimmons or pomegranate which was a welcome change from the melon heroes and berries everyone else offers.
Outstanding service and the food was better than most of the breakfast places in the area. We'll be back.
We've come back twice since and all three servers were excellent.
