Shout out to La Placita ! I think it’s been about 5 to 7 years since I’ve been to the restaurant. My family and I have been eating there for over 20+years . I can’t tell you how excited I was to see some friendly faces still there. The food was off the hook like they’ve never skipped a beat. Same excellent service and same excellent food.

I called in an order for pick up 15 minutes before they closed. They were closed for 10 minutes when I arrived, opened door very friendly when I knocked, knew why I was knocking, not just someone trying to get service, brought out my order, made to perfection as ordered, with lots of napkins, sauces, and smiles! Was recommended to us from friends who live an hour away as "the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to." The time before, when I dined in, service was...

It's not much to look out from the outside. On the inside it's as simple authentic Mexican restaurant. Their food is delicious but it really lack salt. The salsa tasted more like tomato paste with their chips. The service was excellent as they checked on my friend and I. Periodically to see if we needed anything. It was a little bit annoying that they were mopping the store when there were several customers still in side.
