Recent Reviews

This is a very popular restaurant. One reason is the service and food are very good. The menu is large, the chips are served warm and everything is so good. Go early. There is frequently a waiting line. Take out is also available.

Been here 4 times. Not a bad place. Decent portions for the price. But service is kinda rushed and they got a few things incorrect. Food quality is good but a little on the underseasoned/oversalted side. Place is also not the nicest/cleanest looking but good enough.

La Placita has been serving the Orangevale/Sacramento region for over 35 years, and I’ve been bringing my family here ever since we moved into the area back in 1998. The food has always been consistently delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices won’t break the bank.

It’s no surprise the place is usually packed in the evenings — locals know how good it is! My personal favorite is the Patrick Burrito Grande — strips of steak with sautéed...
