I'm giving one star across the board. I ordered our pizza online. It was late and we were in the middle of moving out of our house with little food available. When we got the pizza home they had given us the wrong pizza. I was told to bring the pizza in for a refund the next day. We were starving and it was now almost 10:00 PM. What were we going to eat for dinner now? They wouldn't even consider giving us a refund for the more expensive pizza I ordered vs the one they gave us without us bringing in the pizza the next day. I will never go here again.

Not sure what has happened to this place. All new faces, never the same workers. Management clearly doesn't train. Got a cheese pizza. Only to realize there was hardly any cheese on a plain cheese pizza.
There was no salt on this either it was so bland. The way this half looks is how the whole pizza looked. Was not doct right needs to be duct all the way out. Also there was actually hardly any sauce despite it looking like there was a lot of red there was not. The cheese was not spread to the edge.
What happened to the young lady that used to work here? She did a good job and made your pizza perfect she would weigh everything. You guys only have guys working there now all men. What is going on at this place?

I went to this establishment, ordered a medium sized order, and was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes, I was told it would be two more minutes (it ended up being 5) and I received a very burnt pepperoni pizza. Half the crust of the pizza was black and when I went back in for a replacement, I noticed the same worker on a phone call for the entirety of my visit. Not only was she on her phone from me first entering the building, she also had an attitude when giving me the burnt pizza. The only good service I received was from a brunette girl who thankfully got me my replacement. Wouldn't visit again until they enforce proper cooking times as well as common manners in front of customers!!
