Horrible service very rude, I asked if my puffs could be made with light sauce and guy tells me no they made already and then I have to wait ten minutes because I ordered 3 orders and they make one fresh and give me two old ones and when I confronted them they say a I can wait ten minutes for new ones after I just waited for what you thought would be fresh

So it says you guys close at 10 PM online and this is the second or third time now it’s been 8 PM and you guys are closed and it’s Friday night. If you guys really do close at 8 PM, then update what it says online.
Says it closes at 10PM but when I went there at 7:45PM, all the lights were turned off and no one was there.

I ordered on the app and when I went to collect they were closed. Got a confirmed time to pick up.... Go there and they're closed. My card was charged for the order now I have to figure out how to get ahold of them to get it figured out. Terrible experience definitely not worth the mediocre pizza!

Little Ceasars is the quintessential budget pizza shop. Need to feed the fam on a budget. Buddies came over to watch the game, and the fridge and cupboards are bare. Little Ceasars has you covered.I went to this location in Orangevale bracing for issues. Heading to a family gathering on Halloween night, we had pre-order using the app, which had set the pickup for November 1, a short phone conversation later, it seemed handled. Upon arriving, the phone order we placed was lost. Our first employee who helped us implied we had not ordered. This was quickly handled by a team lead who managed to get us taken care of quickly.This location is not bad speed wise. However, it is in a small retail area with only one outlet to Greenback lane. The parking lot is two lanes with spaces facing the retailers on either side. This can make it difficult to navigate when busy.

This Orangevale location was the absolute worst last year and I stopped going even though it's closest to my home. But NOW.. they FINALLY hired some decent management and employees who actually work on a schedule. 100% improvement and now we go here ALL the time. Thank you!

I only eat one menu item at Little Ceasars, and it's the Pepperoni cheese bread. I love this stuff, basically a pizza without the sauce, and covered in a garlic/butter. DELICIOUS...
