They did a great job again tonight, the pizza was first class. Brandon was making and phones tonight, really working hard.I didn’t get the other lady’s name but she was doing a great job on keeping the space clean. I really like this location because we haven’t had a problem. Good food, great job!

So we have been going to this Papa Murphy's location for 10+ years and we drive longer to come to this one, even though there is one closer. I'm not sure if they changed owners/managers or what happened.... But we will not be coming here any more. Completely rude workers on the phone and in person. SO RUDE. Our pizza was average - seems like less toppings than before. Too bad.

Okay all 5 stars because the staff was incredibly patient as my toddlers ran around while they worked but, mostly 5 stars because they were willing to accommodate what my autistic son needed for his pizza. He hates cheese and they were nice enough to leave a few slices cheeseless for him. Thank you guys so so much! It makes a world of difference when you have a child who refuses to eat most days and the days that he does eat, he requires very specific food!!

Great little Papa Murphys place. Always swift with our pick up orders and the employees are always super friendly. Love our little neighborhood pizza pick up for quick orders for our girl's sleepovers and last minute parties. Only issue I have ever had is our last pizza order seemed a little light on the olive and pineapple toppings.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza choicesWheelchair accessibility: Handicap spot right in side of restaurant with a ramo close by

I just went to Papa Murphy s tonight. I got there 15 minutes from close and was almost turned away by the rude, what appeared to be manager. There was another kind employee working there who wound up being the one who made my pizzas. I understand it was late but my pizzas were very easy one with one topping and the other two toppings. It took no more than 10 minutes to finish and I tipped them considerably well ($10) all things considered. As I waited the rude girl started slamming down cleaning items, towels and such without a thought of customer service. I’ve worked in customer service from the bottom to the management top and understand all avenues of it. If I walked in and saw how over the top the employee acted I would have let her go immediately. Customer service is not an easy job and things happen daily to throw you off your game (I have 30+ years of experience . 2 as a newer employee and 20+ as management). Trust I’ve dealt with people throwing things at you and following you to your car. It pays to remember your job deals with the customer and remember to talk to others the way you want to be talked to. Wish I would have gotten names because I would have reached out and offered one a job. Apparently the moral to the story is don’t come in 15-20 minutes before the close time because you’ll be treated like scum. The only reason they get 3 stars is because of the sweet employee who made my pizzas with a smile and no attitude.

I come to this papa murphys either on Sunday or Saturdays when I come out here to visit my dad. It's always the same 2 women working every time. An older middle eastern woman (she said her name was enique) who makes the pizzas, and a younger black girl. I'm always very polite and respectful and even make conversation. I come in enough to where they should know me. A couple weeks ago they messed up my order BAD - and I live 25 mins away so by the time I got home and realized it was messed up, my kids were starving and I didn't want to drive back and forth AGAIN. So we just ate the second pizza and I called papa murphys to let them know they messed up & if I could just get the other pizza next time I was in. They said that was fine & they would write down my info. I go in tonight (exactly 2 weeks later), and I was kinda worried it wouldn't be the same workers and I'd have to explain again. But it was the same 2 women so I was happy & figured they'd remember.. plus they wrote my name down right?! Wrong. Not only did they not remake my pizza.. they implied that I was lying to try and get a free pizza!! They got rude and loud with me when I kept insisting they told me it was okay to get it next time, and it was the same girl who told me that on the phone - in person! And the younger black girl got super loud and threatening towards me. She started yelling and cussing at me and threatened to "beat my a**** (****** please.. it ain't worth a free pizza) Such a horrible establishment. And they should both be fired!!!! Wish I could upload video so you could see how they talked and acted. Everytime I tried to explain what was happening she would laugh and say "no no your trying to get a free pizza you no steal from us" And I'm like uhhhhh you stole from me considering I wasn't even able to eat that pizza and I wasted my time and gas coming out here because y'all said you'd remake it!!!!!

Ordered in advance and only one pizza was ready when we arrived. Waited an additional 10 minutes while 2 employees are chit chatting with each other on a Friday night with a line growing longer. Got home and the pizza was not right. Called the store and the employee was rude saying we cannot get a refund or replacement. He said we couldn't have his boss' # because it was a personal # and he didn't know when she would be back because she only gives him his schedule via text. We asked for a corporate # and he said he didn't know it but maybe we can find it on the website. I've never had an issue at this location but seems like my money could be spent somewhere else if they can't own up to their mistakes and fix it. Highly disappointed. I would give zero stars if I could.
