This is the first time we tried this location and they didn't skimp on anything, pickles piled high and a cheesy meatball rolling out of the Footlong! Is it the best sandwich I ever had? No, but it's a great quick lunch option, helps me gain the weight that I need and not to mention keeps me full until dinner!The best way to order is through their rewards app, we got buy 1 get 1 50% off a Footlong, other times buy 1 get 1 free at locations! Food is good but coupon doesn't work here??? excludes the Other wrap which I know that. What I order was not those WRAPS. Tell the employee to try the coupon anyway but say no.Put a sign up

GHC had a great experience with the owner of Subway at Orangevale. She was very accommodating about our request and restrictions. She served us with excellent sandwiches that fed almost 120 students, teachers, and parent volunteers. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious sandwiches!

Didn't prepare the order like what was depicted on the online order menu. Disrespectful. Poor service. I ordered what was supposedly have more meat on it. of which is at least 1/2 lb of meat on it for a foot long. Ordered 2 of them too and the ultimate bmt. It didn't even come close to half a pound of meat when measured of a weighing scale at home at all. Total rip off! Wouldn't recommend this subway franchise. People stay away from this place.

This is the second time they have charged me twice for the same order. Then recently they added a rather large tip on my tab without my knowledge. Beware. Very shady location.

I had wonderful experience at this Subway this afternoon. I was served by Karen, who was so helpful in educating me about the different sauces and meet options they had to offer. She was quick and efficient with my order, and was kind to her coworkers when they asked her questions. When I ended up a couple cents short, they payed the difference. Truly an exemplar store. I’ll definitely be going back!

The sandwiches looked awful. The aioli was spread so thick it was oozing out and literally soaked the bread so it was falling apart. The meatball sandwich was almost equally as awful in presentation. My order had veggies I didn't request and didn't have the veggies I did request. We had been watching the Subway commercials and couldn't wait to get the sandwiches. What a disappointment. .

I have been to more Subways than I can count and this is the first to deserve a review. Came in on a Thursday afternoon for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. 4 people in our party, helped by 2 ladies who were amazing. I am a s***** for good customer service and they were great. Friendly, helpful and went above and beyond any other Subway I've ever been to - she even offered to cut up thw tomatoes for my salad. The ingredients were fresh and all of our sandwiches were made perfectly. I will definitely be back!
